Inochizuna Ruka (อิโนจิซึนะ รุกะ/命綱ルカ), also known as 012CQ is a Thai VTuber from Vnimal. While he debuted on 8 June, 2021, his first video is posted on 3 March, 2021. His concept is an orca test subject that has been helped by an animal researcher called Prof.Kim.
