Jabberwocky Malice was a female English / Japanese language Virtual YouTuber. She was a member of WINKS, an agency dedicated to overseas VTubers.

Following the dissolution of WINKS in March 2019, Malice moved her VTuber activities to her highly successful past life YouTube account with over a million subscribers, technically becoming #2 subscribed VTuber for a few weeks before retiring from VTubing.

She has light, silvery-white hair with long drill tails and green eyes. She wears a pink and white lolita-esque dress with pink mary janes.

Background[]

The Jabberwocky Malice YouTube channel was created on 1 June 2018.

On 23 June 2018, she made her debut livestream on YouTube.

On 30 June, she posted her introduction video, "Meet Virtual YouTuber Malice Jabberwocky."

2018[]

On 29 December, Malice had a change of appearance. The explanation was that she ate a magical cake that rejuvenated her and turned her into a little girl.[1]

2019[]

On 14 February, she posted the last known YouTube video on her channel, "As a result of of visiting my sister's house (Yuri)".[2] In all, she made at least 37 videos and streams on that channel.

15 March 2019, WINKS announced its closure.[3] Malice continued as an independent VTuber, and announced that she was now managed by Takuya Ishikawa (石川拓也), a former member of WINKS.[4]

Following this, she moved to a new YouTube channel. This channel had previously been the channel of Malice's past identity, Venus Angelic, a hugely successful and sometimes controversial YouTuber who previously reached over one million subscribers. Technically, the move immediately made her the second most subscribed Virtual YouTuber after Kizuna AI, and surpassing the #1 most subscribed non-Japanese language VTuber Miya Kimino.[5] The channel was renamed to "Malice Jabberwocky/Before VenusAngelic".

On 30 March, she posted her first video on the channel as Malice, titled "Living Doll To Virtual Girl".[6]

On 5 April, she posted "Anime Girls will be the Death of YouTube", described as her "first video as a proper virtual youtuber/vtuber/anime girl youtuber".[7] The channel was now named "MALICE.EXE/Formerly VenusAngelic".

On 14 April she made her first livestream on the channel, "♥UNCENSORED Q&A♥"[8] As of 2025, it is the only surviving officially uploaded Jabberwocky Malice video on any of channels.

On 28 April, she made her last tweet on the Malice Jabberwocky Twitter account.

Retirement[]

On 4 August 2019, Venus Angelic abandoned the Jabberwocky persona and returned to producing YouTube content as a normal YouTuber, with a video titled EPPPIC YOUTUBER COMEBACK XD LMAOOOO XDXD.[9] The channel was re-named to "Venus Angelic Official".

In 2020 she pivoted to producing adult content on OnlyFans,[10] which continued until around May 2024.

Trivia[]

  • The name "Jabberwocky" comes from a Lewis Caroll's poem of the same name that was included in Caroll's 1871 novel Through the Looking-Glass.
  • She posted videos in both English and Japanese.
  • The Twitter account seemed to be run by a natively English-speaking person, but the mistakes in the introduction video's subtitles (including her name) and her strange choice of name imply that those have been done by someone at WINKS who is not a native English speaker.
