Jelly is a lonely alien girl from a far away planet in a far away galaxy. Since she was still a little girl, she had always wanted to be a royal princess who is loved by all and has millions of admirers. The reality is harsh, however, and she actually grew up in a very poor family and has had to work her entire life for chump change. She worked hard everyday to save enough money to get a ticket to space travel. Now that she has saved enough money, she left behind her past, and traveled to Phase world where she started to live her destined life of a beloved princess. The Princess has a powerful loyal companion to do her bidding.

Confident being righteous, Jelly tries her best to behave like an idol. She looks cute and innocent, but is capable of trolling her audience for fun.

She has long, light blue hair with two front strands ending up in drill curls and a tint to a greenish yellow at the ends with light blue eyes.

Her YouTube channel was created on 10 May 2023, her Twitter account was created in February 2023.
On 1 and 2 April 2023, OffKai Expo announced that three members of Phase-Connect would be appearing at the event which would be held from 16 to 18 June 2023.[4][5][6]
On 17 May, Phase-Connect officially announced Jelly as one of three new member of "Phase Invaders."[7] She made her first tweet on the same day.[8] Jelly debuted on 27 May 2023, she also released her first original song "Luminary." On the same day, Jelly reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 9 June, Jelly celebrated her YouTube channel monetization and enabled Super Chat feature.[9]
