Jinja Yagi (じんじゃ・やぎ) is a male English-speaking Virtual YouTuber associated with the independent group VSERA Productions, debuting in 2023 as part of VSERA's English first generation "VSERA" alongside Niobe Moira, Ajax gar, Inari Vulpes, Dark Sankari and Nissa Siofra.
He runs a free rap and BGM music production service on YouTube under the user jinjas lunchbox.

Jinja started his activities around January 2023 on Twitter, uploading cover songs to his Twitter account and YouTube channel.
On 7 June 2023, VSERA Productions announced Jinja Yagi as the last member of its first generation "VSERA."[1] Jinja debuted on 23 June 2023.
In December 2023, Jinja Yagi collaborated with iyanD1KE, creator of the ゆるして猫 (yurushite neko) trend in a newjazz song called "ANGEL X DEVIL （天使×悪魔）" which is also available to watch on YouTube.
On 6 December 2023, Jinja Yagi featured as the main topic in a news article titled "VTubers are changing the Internet Forever & Gay Furry Hackers Take Nuclear Research"[2] on the news site Medium.[3]

On 13 April 2024, the Official VSERA Twitter account announced the release of ⋆⭒˚｡⋆ Jinja & きゅい!Ψ - Tornado タツマキ ⋆⭒˚｡⋆, available on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify and more. It was a collaboration with the Japanese vocal artist きゅい!Ψ, a song entirely composed and produced by Jinja Yagi.
On 17 April 2024, Jinja Yagi's third Soundcloud archive began "Jinja Yagi (3rd)", producing a remix of 'Mysterious' by Hellovenus.
As of 5 May 2024, Kingsleigh Callista and Jinja Yagi's English duet cover of Ruler Of My Heart from the South Korean music animation series "ALIENSTAGE" has reached a collective view count of 89,000 watchers on both channel's versions of the song cover, being the most viewed and replayed cover on both channels.
On 17 May 2024, Jinja Yagi made a response diss-track, titled "I only like you for your engineer flow" in correspondence to Virtual YouTuber July Waters' diss-track "want heat? (prod. Strepto)" on YouTube & Soundcloud.
On 21 May 2024, Jinja Yagi made a 2nd response diss-track titled "4 HEAVENLY KINGS", in response to July Waters' self-produced second diss-track to Jinja Yagi titled "yall wanna fight on bpm?" sampling Kaguya Luna's "Dance With Cinderella !" & "Beyond the Moon" knowing Jinja Yagi's affinity of the sampled Virtual YouTuber. It was released to both YouTube & Soundcloud.
On 24 May 2024, Jinja Yagi made a 3rd response diss-track titled "Myths and Legends." In response to July Waters' third diss-track to Jinja which was named "ba táo quân (3 kitchen gods)".
Later in the day Callista Kingsleigh would release her first response to the diss-track drama in a song titled "Focus On Herself" poking fun at the entire drama using a beat produced by Jinja.
On 26 May 2024, Strepto himself produced and rapped an original called "JYCTOS BLISS" to contribute a thankful themed song as a token of appreciation.

On 19 February 2025, Jinja released the single Moe Moe Moe 萌え萌え萌え (Spotify) recorded with Evava and Kingsleigh, separating from VSERA Productions and founding the label "Life is a party." The single was a re-recorded version of Jinja Yagi - 'Moe Moe Moe' (feat. EVAVA, CRYSVA, KINGSLEIGH) (YouTube), and the first official solo song by Jinja Yagi while under "Life is a party." records.
On 18 March 2025, Jinja joined the underground Soundcloud group "Velvet Suns Collective".
As of 22 March, Jinja Yagi, while under "Life is a party." records has released several tracks, such as "i would never hurt an angel... ♡ (feat. Gattz)", "Obsession (feat. Lil Ocean)", "I gave love one more chance" and "life + death (feat. Gattz & Lil Ocean)".
