Joe Rikiichi (ジョー・力一) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with NIJISANJI. Previously, he was a member of NIJISANJI SEEDs' second generation's second batch alongside Rindou Mikoto, Debidebi Debiru, Sakura Ritsuki, Machita Chima, Tsukimi Shizuku, and Achikita Chinami.

Joe's channel was created on 7 August, 2018. His first video was uploaded on 4 September 2018.
2018[]
On 13 December, Ichikara Inc. announced that NIJISANJI Gamers and NIJISANJI SEEDs would merge with NIJISANJI by the end of the month.[1] As a result, Joe is now officially affiliated with NIJISANJI.
2019[]
On 9 August, he debuted the 2.0 brushup of his Live2D model.[2]
2020[]
On 13 May, Joe debuted in the new NIJISANJI music unit "Rain Drops," which is signed under the major music record label Virgin Records (Universal Music Group). The other members in this unit are Elu, Warabeda Meiji, Ryushen, Saegusa Akina, and Suzuki Masaru.
On 26 June, he made his official 3D debut on YouTube.[3]

On 23 July, Joe reached 400,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[4]

- His name is a pun on the word "Joker", as his name (ジョー・力一) can also be seen as ジョーカー (Jōkā). This isn't a reference to the well-known Joker from the Batman franchise, but instead to another character named "Joker" from the anime "Smile PreCure!"
- Continuing the clown theme, the name for his fans is a play-on-words of one of "Hiya, Georgie!", a famous quote by Pennywise the Dancing Clown of the "It" horror franchise.
