Personality

JoqniX has a very raspy soft-spoken high pitched like voice which tends to get everyone confused of his gender most of the time and a very calming gentle demeanor. Joq easily gets embarrassed and tries to hide his embarrassment by acting like a tsundere at times, whenever Joq is excited you can see him be super enthusiastic and be jolly. JoqniX tends to portray a unique way of expressing himself through his way of speech or through actions and often you can see him be immersed in his world of his own. Joq has a playful and friendly personality where most of the time

Appearance

Initial Design (Pre-Debut Era - Present)

JoqniX has silver-platinum hair with subtle shades of pastel blue. He wears rounded glasses, and his eyes are heterochromatic, with a pastel blue iris on his left eye and a pastel purple iris on his right.

JoqniX has three birthmarks are found on his neck area:

• The first mole is closer to the jawline
• The second mole is positioned lower near the collarbone
• The third mole is slightly to the right side

He wears an [XII] Hairclip, representing the number 12 in Latin numerals. The "X" is black, while the "II" takes on the colors of his eyes. Towards the right side of his hair, he also has a "♌" Leo Zodiac Hairclip, aligning with his zodiac sign.

JoqniX’s accessories include:

History

Background

Pre-VTubing Era

Joq has stated on his streams about his beginnings and what he envisioned to achieve as JoqniX. He initially wanted "JoqniX" to be a stage name for his childhood dream of following his musical journey as a DJ/Producer but ever since he ran into a music block, he decided to take a break from music and stepped into other creative ventures and hobbies to discover his true calling such as Game Development, Art & Illustration, Fashion Design, GFX & 3D Works, Pro Esports Player etc. but still faced great hurdles and got faced with another creative block which made him give up on everything. Ever since he saw a Hatsune Miku Concert on YouTube and he got inspired to revive his "JoqniX Persona back again. and around this time is when he discovered about "VTubers" like Kizuna Ai, Kaguya Luna, Minato Aqua, Joq mentioned that his decision to become a VTuber is to chase his long lost dreams again. and this time as a vtuber he can achieve greater things and believes that this is his true calling since he can get to achieve all of the creative hobbies he tried into a proper purpose by being a VTuber and being his true self.

Joq's Twitch Channel was Created on 23rd October 2017, however they did not start streaming on this account until 31st May,2019 as a normal streamer and 23rd September 2020 marks the date of their first VTuber Livestream

Joq's YouTube Channel was Created on 14th February 2012, however they did not start streaming on this account until 31st March,2021 Which also marks the date of their first Youtube Livestream

2020

On 30th August, JoqniX became an Twitch Affiliate

On 23rd September marks as Joq's first livestream as a vtuber on Twitch. Joq initially started out as a pngtuber from this point of time. He had stated his first vtuber streams will be when he had put "Aspiring VTuber as his stream title, there is no vod archives available for his first twitch stream.

2021

On 31st March, JoqniX did his first livestream on Youtube which lasted for 12hours.

On 16th June, JoqniX did a comeback stream from his month long hiatus, Joq revealed his Original Character Design during this stream

On 16th August, JoqniX was brought on by Virtualism IN's Podcast S1 as their Co-Host for their podcasts with Ep #6 Being his first appearance on the podcast.

2022

On 30th May, was the last time JoqniX ever appeared on Virtualism IN Channel as a co-host, later Joq kept supporting Virtualism IN behind the scenes ever since

On 22nd October, JoqniX was mentioned in a BBC article about the rise of Indian VTubers. The article highlighted his long-hour streams, unique persona, and celestial-themed design, introducing him to a wider audience.

On 20th July, JoqniXVODs YouTube Channel was created, where all of his twitch vods were uploaded along with streams from other platforms.

2023

On 27th March, JoqniX has reached the 500 subscribers on Youtube

On 23rd September, Joq did a Celebratory 3year Anniversary stream on Youtube, during this stream he decided on his community fandom name - "Konztellers"

On 21st October, JoqniX has reached 500 Followers on Twitch

2024

On 15th February, JoqniX did his first livestream on Bilibili.

• Joq's fans are known as Konztellers, a portmanteau of the word "Konz" (Constellation) and "tellerz" (Stellars). which can be translated as "Concert Plates" when put on google translate.

History

On Novemeber 30, 2022, This was the first appearance of the series "Onaixiana: Birthdays" as joqnix wanted to celebrate his character's birthdays on stream and give them a meaningful memory to remember by. This stream was a special celebratory birthday event for Thymestin, Joq drew Thymestin a memorable drawing of Thy, Aqu, Czi and himself as a fanart, and Aqueina's special gift to Thymestin was revealed on this stream where Thymestin is seen to be happy and smiling.

On July 5, 2023, Marks the first time Czixel's Birthday was celebrated on Joq's Youtube Channel, Czixel's Chibi model was revealed during this stream and She was engaging with Joq all through the stream as a AI Companion. During the stream, Joq had stated that he would follow the same format of showcasing a chibi model and using AI to make them engage within these special streams.

On October 5, 2023, Marks the first time Aqueina's Birthday was celebrated on Joq's Youtube Channel, During this special stream chibi model for Aqueina was showcased and Aqueina was seen to be engaging with Joq and viewers and speaking through as a AI Companion on during stream. Joq had drawn a birthday cake as a gift for Aqueina.

On Novemeber 30, 2023, Marks the second time Thymestin's Birthday was celebrated on JoqniX's YouTube Channel, it was announced during "Onaixiana Birthdays" stream for Thymestin that this will be the final time Joq would be celebrating Onaixiana Birthdays of his dearest characters! since he feels he had rushed the project and cannot provide enough time to work on his passion project.

On November 15, 2024 - Project Onaixia was archived by JoqniX and Joq had stated that he will remove himself from his project and wishes to create and write a new story for Onaixia without JoqniX as a core. while focusing on all characters

• How the name "JoqniX" was made?
  • Joq mentioned that he initially wanted a unique artist/stage name for himself whether he is online or offline and he wanted to be known by all from that Pseudo name he wanted to go by! so in order to make the name he laid out all English alphabets and chose the letters which he connected with him the most such as
    • Letters: J,O,N - are derived from Joq's Human self's Name in the Real World on a planet called Earth
    • Letter Q: "because Q chan felt lonely so i adopted and made it mine"
    • Letter I: " for myself! Watashi , I"
    • Letter X: "X seemed so cool and even my favorite artists i really like had a "X" in their name so i wanted to be cool like them too!"
• Meaning of the JoqniX - The Name doesn't have a clear meaning yet since its a unique name. Joq's journey as a vtuber is about giving an meaning to his own existence
