Pira has a kind and friendly personality. She is open to many people and at the same time to her fans. She likes to laugh in between her conversations. Her sense of humor is a bit corny. She also easily understands the feelings of others, especially women.

She has long dark blue hair with a single pink streak and blue eyes with two red hairpins. She wears a sleeveless white top with purple buttons and folded collar and short dark skirt that goes above her knees with stitching that can be seen at the front showing some skin and black boots with a red tipped heel/sole.
