Juna Unagi is an independent female English-speaking Virtual YouTuber and VSinger.
She debuted as member of idol-EN first generation "E-Sekai," alongside Yuko Yurei, Rin Penrose, Pochi Wanmaru, and Fuyo Cloverfield.

Juna was given an opportunity to live amongst humans. She is still getting used to her newly found limbs, but that won’t stop her from eating whatever she pleases.
Personality[]
Juna expresses a lot of sparkling enthusiasm and motivation against any challenge. In general, she is very confident in herself to the point she regularly tries to obtain a high score, especially on reflex games. On the other hand, Juna suffers from perfectionism. Her recurrent failures lead her dying of shame.
She gets very attached to her friends, and so flirts constantly with them. In this continuity, Juna claims being married to many idol members, or even vtubers outside the company such as Chikafuji Lisa (At the time outside the company). Her countless conquests led during one stream to a long quarrel about love between her, Kai Saikota, and Momo Otako. The said quarrel involved indirectly: Amoria (for flirting with Momo), Abi Kadabura (for her relationship with Kai), and Lottie Shinju.[1]
She speaks in a sweet tone even when she jokes by threatening her viewers. In addition to her interest for horror games, her childish behaviour often leads her to manipulate with cutting tools, or jumping on opportunities to commit a slaughter. Thus, instead of fearing tragic and horrific situations, Juna takes them casually and laughs at. Otherwise, she enjoys peaceful moments, while listening music or humming herself.
Appearance[]
Juna has a long black hair with streaks of yellow and a lightning bolt shaped ahoge. Her hair is elegantly tied behind her head with a bun and a long ponytail (visible on her reference sheet), while a short ponytail falls before her left shoulder. Her eyes are sparkly yellow with reddish eye shade. A long earring made of pearls pends to her right ear. She can wear a golden crown shaped like an aureole behind her head. Her outfit is globally greyish with black belts, while her jacket inside and her tie are yellow. Her top has a very large cleavage in the middle exposing her massive chest. Her long sleeves are black, and she has golden claws on her right fingers. Her high heels are of the same grey as her clothes.

On 20 November 2022, Juna debuted on YouTube. On the same day, she released her first solo cover of Useewa by Ado.
2022[]
On 24 November, her YouTube channel reached 10,000 subscribers.
On 2 December, Juna celebrated the monetization of her YouTube channel.
On 6 December, Juna celebrated her membership opening.
On 15 December, her YouTube channel hit 20,000 subscribers.
2023[]
On 2 February, her YouTube channel reached 30,000 subscribers.
On 26 February, Juna started a 48 hours donothon, leading her channel to reach 40,000 subscribers on 28 February.
On 20 April, her channel reached 50,000 subscribers.[2]
On 9 June, her channel reached 60,000 subscribers.
On 14 July, Juna and other members of Idol corp got their first merch drop. Available at Idol store.[3]
On 30 July, her channel reached 70,000 subscribers.
On 31 August, Juna grew 39 cm (15.3'') and is now 213 cm (7') tall.[4]
On 11 October, Juna has released her first original song named Homeostasis .[5]
On 21 October, Juna gave her first interview concerning her first original song Homeostasis. Interview was done by VTuber NewsDrop.[6]
On 20 November, for E-Sekai's first anniversary, Juna introduced during a stream relay her chibi model, in which she wears a bunny outfit. She created and rigged her own and chibis for her genmates debut anniversary.[7]
On 23 December, Juna was part of a 3D concert hosted by OshiLive, where she debuted her chibi 3D model. She performed her original song Homeostasis.[8]
On the same day Juna has also performed in a Christmas concert hosted by Obake PAM. She was part of a choir and has performed Holly Jolly Christmas.
2024[]
On 12 March, her channel reached 80,000 subscribers.[9]
Leaving idol Corp[]
On 7 August, idol announced that Juna will soon leave idol and go independent following the acquisition of idol by Brave Group.[10]
On 26 October, she released a cover in English of Blink Gone from Alien Stage, which she produced herself in about one day after the release of the original.
On 13 November, Juna celebrated her graduation from idol Corp with her 2.0 model reveal.[11] After the stream, she released her second original song "PULL THE TRIGGER".
On 4 December, Juna Unagi, Rin Penrose, and Fuyo Cloverfield did a last collab as "E-Sekai" as indies. They opened their time capsules made on their first anniversary.[12]
2025[]
On 4 January, Juna's official plush, collaboration with Craftifyx, was put in preorders. It was fully funded in first couple of hours.
On 18 January, Juna's collaboration song cover with Reverse1999 of the song Frisco was premiered on Reverse1999 youtube channel as part of their Fan concert.
On 27 January, Juna became an affiliate on Twitch.[13]
On 25 February, during a "normal" stream, Juna revealed for the first time her 3D model and 3D room.[14]

- On 14 December 2024, Juna was part as singer of Fantome Thief's Revenge, a concert organized by Dokibird and Mint Fantôme.
- On 15 March 2025, she participated in Mia Melonya's $10k League of Legends Charity Tournament. Juna played on Team B alongside Lia, Elia Stellaria, Lan Philia, & Hades and their charity they played for was the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

- At the depths of the lake resided a magical eel. Its waters were a safe haven for the fish allowing them to swin about without worries. The people knew to stay away from the lake as any disturbance would cause a storm that would carry on for weeks. That was until a traveler decided to fish during the eel's slumber. The Eel awoke to the cries of the scared fish. Angered by the Traveler's actions its tail lashed out a large wave pushing the human back. With the inability to control its emotions, a storm began to swell in the area. Heavy rain poured for days and days with no end in sight. A witch was tired of the bothersome weather and made a trip to the lake. She called out the Eel and watched as its shadow slowly consumed her, but before we could have a continuation to this story, Juna was drawn out of her dream by Yuko Yurei.[16]
