Kagura Mea (神楽めあ) is a female Japanese independent VTuber. She was a Project Paryi member and later also a member of the Chinese-Japanese idol VTuber group NHOT BOT.

Personality[]
She generally acts nicely but playing games or becoming frustrated can result in a fearsome amount of screaming and noises that stretch the capabilities of the human body. Surprisingly, she can sing very well. She sometimes can act quite vulgar during streams.
Appearance[]
Her overall outfit is akin mixture of a french-style maid with military theme on it, notably her long coat that is "strapped" behind her back like a cape, as well as an officer hat and white gloves. She has long white hair in twin tails with light blue hair ties with a light-brown and blue eye.

Her YouTube channel was created on 28 May 2018, with her first video being uploaded on 28 June 2018[1] as part of ぱりぷろ (Project Paryi) which was launched by her illustrator "Paryi". After its dissolution, she began to work independently.
2020[]
On 30 March she announced on her Twitter account the demonetization of her channel supposedly because of reused content, a mistake by the YouTube algorithm.[2]
2021[]
On 3 April she revealed her new Live2D model designed by Jimmy Madomagi, the illustrator of Mimi Tosaki of VSpo and Mirutani Nia of NoriPro.
Trivia[]
- For unknown reasons, her first Twitter account has been suspended. Then on May 2019, her second account @Freeze_Mea was also suspended, causing her to make another one.
- She has sometimes been called "handjob maid" after an unfortunate hand gesture had been built into her early design.
- She does not seem to handle frustration well, as seen in her extreme response to having spilled tea after a scare in a horror game, or her outburst due to not having Super Chat on her birthday (her YouTube monetization was not yet approved at that time so she couldn't receive Super Chat).
- On 14 April 2019, she had her first live event at unique LABORATORY.
- She has had several collaboration streams with Minato Aqua, with whom she is friends. The pair is dubbed by their fans as "Meaqua", which has also spawned a lot of fanart.
- She has the habit of deleting her live streams, such as her karaoke streams.
