Kamiya Neco (神谷ねこ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber who debuted in 2019 as an independent. She is currently affiliated with Vlash, a VTuber agency that combines VTubing and Vlogging as content for its members.

Neco is a former goddess who escaped from the country of gods!
After coming down to earth, she has lost all of her divine power, and therefore became a normal human. In order to blend in with the human world, she plays video games, does livestreams and also surrounds herself with cat merchandise, which she believes will allow her to amass infinite "power" once again.
Also, her favorite alcoholic drink is Sake.[2]

Her Twitter account was created in 2013, while her YouTube channel was created on 29 August 2017. She has been uploading videos on her channel since 2017.

On 14 September 2019, Neco debuted as a VTuber.

On 21 October, Neco received sponsorship support from the Japanese PC maker "LEVEL∞" as part of the unit "IRIS Vunit" which she formed together with the independent VTubers Nenemaru and Hisui Tora.[3]

On 7 October, Neco debuted her 3D model.[4]
On 23 October, she announced her upcoming re-debut stream scheduled on 28 October.[5]
On 28 October, she re-debuted as a starting member of the VTuber/Vlogger agency Vlash, debuting her newly redesigned 2D model with a new illustrator, necömi and two new Live2D modellers: Shirasawa Kazane and Nachiku. Several friends and guests also called in to her stream: Kaga Nazuna, Nainai-kun (CV: Kaga Nazuna), Mizugame Mia. Yunohara Izumi, Sorahoshi Kirame, Otsuka Ray, Hoshikage Lapis, Sakuragi Miria, Chigusa Hana. Mashiro Mayu and Shofuku Nyako.[1]

On 20 July, she held her (late) birthday celebration stream, her first since joining Vlash.[6]
On 14 August, she premiered a Vlog that includes footage from her birthday on 15 July, showing off the various presents she received as well as the food she prepared and ate.[7]
2025[]
On 13 February, she revealed her new hairstyles, plus a new toggle that lets her hold her mascot Nanimoshinai-kun in her arms, as well as announcing her new merch.[8]

- On 25 April 2020, Neco participated in the Shooting Festival Splatoon 2 tournament as a member of "Splatoon Kindergarten" (team consisting of Neco, Kaga Nazuna, Kogara Toto, and Kurumi Noah). The team won 1st place.

- Don't talk to other people in chat.
- Don't mention other VTubers or streamers (unless I talk about them first, then it's OK!).
- Don't be a "carrier pigeon" (viewer who brings messages and comments from other streams) or go friend hunting in chat.
- Don't spam comments or make very long comments, as it obscures other people's comments.
- Don't send comments that are: unrelated to the stream, backseating comments or other negative comments.
- Absolutely do not warn rule breakers to avoid further trouble (block and ignore them instead).
- People who post offensive content, slander or are breaking the rules mentioned above will be banned.
