Kaoru loves to bring a silly mood to stream so he never fails to make viewers smile and laugh. He's a millionaire and claims to be extremely rich fueling is strong confidence. He has a passionate love for his plushies and will risk his life for them. He also loves money and will do anything for it, such as make animals noises or do push ups but claims that he doesnt need it as he is extremely rich.
However, he claims to be a "pussy baby boy" and will cry, scream and get jumpscared often. Viewers often have a "scream count" when he plays a horror game such as "PIEN & PAON".

Kao has hair with two tones, pink and yellow. He has cow ears, a horn and a bandaid on his nose. He has a multi coloured jacket with a bee pin on it and a school shirt underneath and a star as a zipper.

On 29 October, his Twitch surpassed 10k followers.

On 24 January, his Twitch surpassed 20k followers.
On 20 May, his Twitch surpassed 30k followers
On 29 September, Kaoru changed his username to "KaoKao", his old username was "Kaoruyboi."[1]
2023[]
On 25 August, his Twitch surpassed 40k followers.
2024[]
On 23 March, KaoKao filmed a "goodbye" stream on his old twitch channel
On 29 May, He sent goodbye emails to fans who filled out a form for him.
