Kasukano Utsuro (幽乃うつろ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Neo-Porte. She is part of the third generation of Neo-Porte members along with Ceo Kazari and Konkon Aria.

On 2 May 2023, Neo-Porte announced their third generation members debut.[2]
Utsuro's YouTube channel was created on 13 April 2023 and her Twitter account also created in the same month. Her first tweet was made on 2 May 2023, informing that her YouTube account was being locked.

On 13 May, Neo-Porte announced the sales of 3rd Generation's debut commemoration goods.[3]
On 15 May, Utsuro released her first music cover of "KICKBACK".
On 11 August, it was announced that Neo-Porte x Sweet Paradise collaboration would take place on 4 September until 1 October. Members who would appear on the goods are Shibuya HAL, Aruse Inu, Minase, Kohaku Teto, and Kasukano Utsuro.[4][5]
