- The name Kapra (Капра, カプラ) is derived from Proto-Indo-European language word "capra", meaning "female goat". Kazami (Казами, 風見) means "weather vane" and its beginning part is pronounced similarly to the Russian word "коза" (koza), also meaning "female goat".
- She speaks Russian with a very notable Japanese accent, which most of her fans found endearing.
- She plays balalaika and komuz (a Kyrgyz folk lute), and often streams herself practicing various songs with audio only.
