Kitashirakawa Kakapo (北白川かかぽ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and a member of the Japanese Virtual YouTuber agency VEE. Once independent, she joined VEE in the 4th wave, along with Erai Amae and Yurikawa Yun.

Kakapo made her first tweet on her Twitter account on 1 August 2020.[1] She uploaded her first video on her channel on 8 August.[2]

On 24 October 2022, Kakapo joined VEE in the 4th wave of members.[3] She made her redebut, with a brand new Live2D model, on 29 October.[4]

- On her shoulder sits Director Kiwi, her boss. As the name implies, he is a gray kiwi bird who wears a light green tie.
- Kakapo calls her fans "ラボメンバー" ("Lab Members").
