Kiyomi Usagi (汐海黑兔 Xīhǎi Hēi Tù) is a female Taiwanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Limnos’s second generation alongside Kokawa Nemuri.
Prior to the merger that created Limnos on 31 October 2023, she was a member of Black Box Theater's second generation.

A sea hare that managed to take on a human form after completing a number of errands for her master. However, she finds that she is not yet a true witch, much to her displeasure. In the midst of completing one last mission for her master to become a true witch, she learns of the existence of the Black Box Theatre. Intrigued by Vtubers, she set off for the human world to become one.
