Kogara Toto (小雀とと) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber which is a member of Lupinus Virtual Games under the Virtual eSports Project, debuting after the twin sister Kaga Sumire and Kaga Nazuna, and followed with Ichinose Uruha.

Personality[]
Toto is the most self-paced person in LVG. She has a soothing voice and is always surrounded by a relaxed atmosphere. She is very good at using sniper-type weapons in any FPS, and her aim that seems to suck in the enemy is addictive to watch.
Appearance[]
Toto has the appearance of a princess, she looks elegant with a bird perched in her right hand. she has wavy light golden blonde hair with a side-down sunflower hair tie, and a white headband with sunflowers on it.
She has smooth skin like a princess with red eyes. On her left hand she wears a white bracelet with sunflowers, while in her right hand she wears a white bracelet decorated with small bird that match the bird perched on her hand. she wears a white dress with blue buttons. as well as to complement she wears blue shoes with sunflower decorations.

On 9 June, Three month after debut Toto's YouTube channel got monetized.
On 6 July, Toto did singing stream to celebrate her channel got 2000 subscribers.
On 17 October, Toto did a half year celebration stream, in this stream she also reveal new 2D costume.

On 1 February, Toto has appear in anime with title "Story of 0,2 Seconds". This anime staring and voiced by all Lupinus Virtual Games members.
On 1 March, almost one year from her debut Toto's channel reached 5,000 subscribers.
On 26 April, Toto did cooking Hayashi rice in stream to celebrate her channel got 6,000 subscribers.
On 13 June, Toto did cooking Curry stream in stream to celebrate her channel got 8,000 subscribers.
On 18 July, Toto reveal new 2D costume.
On 10 August, Toto did singing 100 songs stream to celebrate her channel reached 10,000 subscribers.

On 15 January, Toto did cooking omelette rise in stream to celebrate her channel got 15,000 subscribers.

- On 23 June, Toto participated in the PUBG Donkatsu Cup as a member of Team "Misogi"(team consisting of Toto, Ichinose Uruha, Shirayuki Reid and Rabbit Shadow). The team won 1st place.
- On 30 June, Toto participated in the PUBG Legion Dojou Cup 2 as a member of team 21(team consisting of Toto and Ichinose Uruha). The team rangked 4th place.
- On 21 July, Toto participated in the PUBG Donkatsu Cup as a member of Team "Lupinus Virtual Games"(team consisting of Toto, Kaga Nazuna, Kaga Sumire and Ichinose Uruha). The team took 14th place in the overall rangking.
- On 18 August, Toto participated in the PUBG Japan-China-Korea Competition as member of team(team consisting of Toto and Kaga Nazuna).
- On 28 August, Toto participated in the A-SCRIM Group B as member of team "Lupinus Virtual Games"(team consisting of Toto,Kaga Nazuna, Kaga Sumire and Ichinose Uruha). The team got overall winner.
- On 29 September, Toto participated in Entertainer vs VTuber e-sports PUBG Championship as a member of team "Lupinus Virtual Games"(team consisting of Toto, Kaga Nazuna, Kaga Sumire and Ichinose Uruha). The team won 3rd place.

- On 29 March, Toto participated in the PUBG Dojo Legion Cup 5 as a member of team 10(team consisting of Toto and Sakino Moco).
- On 25 April, Toto participated in the Shooting Festival Splatoon 2 as a member of "Splatoon Kindergarten"(team consisting of Toto, Kaga Nazuna, Kurumi Noah and Kamiya Neco). The team won 1st place.
- On 19 September, Toto participated in the 3rd Vtuber Splatoon 2 Tournament as a member of team "Aim is power"(team consisting of Toto, Kurumi Noah, Kaga Nazuna and Hanabusa Lisa). The team won 3rd place.
- On 24 October, Toro participated in Intel PC Fes 2020 in a collaboration between VSPO! and Galleria. VSPO! members were joined by Shibuya Hal and Virtual Gorilla to form four Apex Legends teams that held simultaneous 12-hours endurance streams, with the challenge to get 10 Champions within that time frame.[1] Toto become part of Nazuna's team alongside with Hanabusa Lisa.
2021[]
- On 23 February, Toto participated in the R6 Streamer Cup 1 as a member of team "6000"(team consisting of Toto, Kaga Nazuna, Tachibana Hinano, Asumi Sena and Kaminari Qpi). The team won 3rd place.
- On 26 March, Toto participated in the R6 Streamer Cup 2 as a member of team "Min minze"(team consisting of Toto, Suika Yue, Tsugumi Suzuma, Hayato Weber, Takezo and Shiho ). The team lost in first match.
- 29 March, Toto participated in the Apex Legends Jisutage Cup as member of team "Tarkov"(team consisting of Toto, NicoRob1N and Tachikawa). The Team won 2nd place.
- On 26 June, Toto participated in the Apex Legends Kagayaki Cup 1 as a member of team "Father's Back"(team consisting of Toto, Senaka Admin and Kenki). The team took 16th place in the overall ranking.
- On 23 September,, along with the other VSPO! members, participated in VSPO! Autumn Surprise Test ~Get out from the academic ability Bronze lobby~ (ぶいすぽっ！秋の抜き打ちテスト～抜け出せ学力ブロンズ帯～) hosted by Kisaragi Ren, Ichinose Uruha, and Shirayuki Reid as the special guest. Toto ended up in 11th place.
- On 27 November, Toto, along with the other VSPO! members, participated in VSPO! Final Battle to Decide the Remote Bistro Queen (リモートビストロクイーン決定戦) hosted by Kisaragi Ren and Shirayuki Reid, with Tonakaito Hendy as the remote chef.
