Kokuyou Lira (黒燿リラ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and a member of the Japanese Virtual YouTuber agency VEE. She joined VEE in the 5th wave, along with Ameniwa Yae and Geppaku Lui.

The eldest daughter of a certain Salamander family.
She works as a bartender in the Valley of Dragons and is a counselor for everyone.
She has a history of burning down towns, and as punishment, she is forced to live in an old shabby house.
When she went to the human world, she was fascinated by soccer, and since then she has enjoyed watching soccer games.
Her interest in humans has grown, and she has started to stream in order to create a place where she can listen to the problems of humans and share her hobbies with them.

She has medium-length blonde hair slightly past her shoulders that fades into a pinkish color with similar streaks in her bangs. She has black sharp horns that wrap around her head and golden eyes with a single beauty mark under one of them. She wears black and gold earrings.

Lira, together with the rest of VEE's 5th wave, was revealed on 17 April 2023.[1] On the same day, Lira tweeted her first tweet on her Twitter account.[2] She debuted on 23 April.[3]

- Her dreams are to do interviews with players and coaches of her favorite soccer club and to live in a house with a huge garden and no drafts, with lots of mini-dragons.
- Among her favorite things are: soccer, Italian language (studying), animals, sleeping, raw meat, ox tongue, energy drinks.
- She claims her special abilities are listening to people and befriending animals.
