Kulaku Lie (九楽ライ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and member of Re:AcT. She debuted in fall 2021 along with Sumeragi Rose and Kashiko Mari as the first batch member after the introduction of label units.

Lie was introduced by Re:AcT with a tweet on 27 October 2021. Her YouTube channel has a creation date of 15 September 2021, while her Twitter account was also created in the same month. She posted a short introduction video on 2 November, and her first stream took place on the following day.
