Lazuli (stylized as LAZULI) is an independent female English-speaking VTuber and artist. She officially debuted on YouTube in March 2025.

Appearance[]

Lazuli's appearance consists of a pastel cream sailor-style blouse with frilly short sleeves and a red necktie. The blouse is adorned with blue floral motifs and flares slightly at the waist. She wears pink platform sandals. Both arms are covered by long pink gloves that extend past the elbows, which cover her blue hands with fish scales, with a star band on the right wrist. Her legs are bare, featuring light blue fish-scale markings and a pink starfish on her left thigh, and pink beads on her left ankle. She has a long, gradient blue-turquoise mermaid tail, decorated with a white and pink narutomaki. She has two blue-turquoise fish fins on her back.

Her hair is styled in a short, fluffy gradient blue-turquoise bob with bangs framing her face. The top of her hair features large bow-like fish fins, with a big pastel cream hair accessory behind it. She has a pink flower accessory on the right side, and a hairpin with a seal charm and a narutomaki attached to a short chain on the left. She also wears a short white cap. Her eyes are pink and white, and her mouth is blue.

Lazuli is an optimistic and cheerful girl. She has an immense passion for kaiju.

History[]

Background[]

In her past life, Lazuli was Lottie Shinju, a member of VTuber group PixelLink's first generation, debuting in June 2023. After the announcement of the group's dissolution in February 2025, she decided not to acquire the IP rights and graduate.[1]

Lazuli's Twitter account was created in November 2024. On 22 December 2024, she created her YouTube channel, and posted her first message to Twitter.[2]

On 5 January 2025, she opened a crowdfunding to raise money for her 2D model. It was fully funded on 8 January.

On 12 January 2025, she formally debuted on YouTube with her low-poly 3D model.[3][4]

2025[]

On 4 February, her YouTube channel reached 500 subscribers.

On 23 February, her YouTube channel reached 1,000 subscribers.

On 28 February, she posted the first preview of her Live2D model.[5]

On 21 March, she officially debuted on YouTube with a new Live2D model.[6]
