Lord Commander Chaos was born in Lost Springs, Wyoming foraged within the very flames from the 9 layers of Hell by Beelzebub himself.
Once the glorious leader of the evil syndicate Chimera; Lord Commander Chaos suffered a crushing defeat and now streams content to rebuild his empire. He is currently trapped under the ocean.[1]

Before becoming a vtuber, Chaos was a Youtuber known as Zuthar13, a name which remains on his Youtube channel.
On 7 December 2020, Zuthar teased his new VTuber persona on Twitter.[2]
On 19 June 2021, Chaos debuted as a VTuber on Twitch.

His fans are his henchmen. They can also apply to be part of his evil organization, Chimera.

- Chaos is well known for being the "CAPTAIN LOOK" guy in a viral Sea of Thieves video.[3]
- Lord Commander Chaos was based off of Commander Chaos from Zuthar13's GTA RP server.[4]
- As noted in his debut video, Chaos was specifically born on Friday the 13th.
- According to his debut, he never takes off his mask.
- Recently, he's opened up the question of if he should take off his mask or not.[5] He later officially unmasked himself in early 2022.
- He "stole" his Twitch channel.
- Chaos cannot do an evil voice for more than 15 minutes.
- When out of his evil attire, Chaos only wears black.
- He has a sweet tooth.
- His emotes (a lion, goat, and a snake) almost perfectly match that of the Chimera in Greek Mythology, substituting the dragon for a snake.
