lucid Multimedia (formerly 4V Live) is an English Virtual content creator agency consisting of Virtual YouTubers presented by American entertainment company 4V.
"4V" stands for "For Virtual content creators. According to the FAQ on 4V Live official website, "[their] mission is to democratize the business of the entertainment industry for content creators, and [they] believe that the content creators should have the right to radical freedom of speech and access to ethical business support."[1]
History[]
4V Live announced its first auditions on 19 December 2020.[2]
2021[]
On 19 January, a promotional banner on reddit and Twitter revealed the names of 4V Live talent names Viv, Orion, and Lina.[3]
On 7 July, 4V Inc announced the appointment of Jane Lee as the Head of Talent Management. She has experience in esports team management in South Korea and the United States with companies such as T1 (formerly known as SK Telecom T1).[4]
On 12 July, the official debut schedule were released for 4V Live's first VTuber group, 4V Origins.[5]
2022[]
On 18 January, the official announcement of 4V Live's next VTuber Class, 4Vnus, was released to the public.
On 28 August, 4V Live announced that Roza Coatl, formerly of the disbanded Haven-X group, would be joining as a solo entrant. Her official debut as a part of 4V Live was on 2 September.[6]
2023[]
On 13 January, 4V Live announced their rebranding to become Lucid Multimedia.[7] They have scheduled re-debuts for their first generation, Origins, for 4 February.[8]
2024[]
On 24 October, Lucid Multimedia announced the addition of 10 existing talents to its roster. Among them, seven were transfers from Bondlive EN's defunct YouTube division. Eight of these talents would formally debut first, while the remaining two will debut at a later date.[9]
2025[]
On February 2, lucid Multimedia announced that Astra Yonaka and Akihiro Tokisaki, the missing 2 from last year announcement, would be joining lucid Multimedia's NOCTURNES class alongside Xander.[10][11]

- 2025/02/26 - Yuuki Ame departure notice, citing health reasons, as a parting gift, he is being given his IP, and even being permitted to collab within the company in the future.[13]
- 2025/03/06 - Ivaela Daemoni departure notice, citing personal reasons, she gets to keep her IP, socials, YouTube channel, and she is still able to communicate and collab with her now ex-coworkers, Ivaela would stream that same day explaining being very busy with her IRL job and family responsibilities, leading to her decision to leave Lucid Multimedia.[14]
