MaRiNaSu (まりなす) is a Japanese virtual dance and vocal unit produced by Avex Avalon. The group's name is an acronym of all its members: Kaname Mahiro, Toma Rin, Otonoha Naho and Suzuna Subaru. They graduated from school on 28 March 2021 and got new base model (Prism).[1]

Background[]
The group's YouTube channel started as Kaname Mahiro Channel (奏天まひろチャンネル), an individual account for Kaname Mahiro who began her activities on August 17th, 2018. The other three members, Toma Rin, Otonoha Naho and Suzuna Subaru joined on December 25th to form MaRiNaSu (Tentative) (まりなす【仮】) and the channel's name also changed to reflect that.
2019[]
On 14 December, Kaname Mahiro announced her going into hiatus, assuring that it's not due to negative reasons.[2]
2020[]
On 21 March, Kaname Mahiro resumed her activities.
2021[]
On 28 March, the group officially adopted MaRiNaSu as its name, dropping the "(Tentative)" disclaimer.
2022[]
On 29 January, Kaname Mahiro went into an indefinite hiatus due to health problems.[3]
2023[]
On 21 June, MaRiNaSu announced the graduation of Otonoha Naho, set for the end of September.

- On 19 February and 20 February, it was announced that MaRiNaSu (excluding Mahiro, who was in Hiatus) would participate in Life Like a Live! 5.[4][5][6]
