Mero Umiko is a female independent English-speaking Virtual YouTuber member. She is member of the group Konbini since 2025.
She originally debuted as part of Yume+'s first English generation "REMedy," alongside Mimosa Shirosaki, Raein Clowd, Rhea Nevermore, and Aimee.

Mero has a lot of humor in store and appreciates a lot sharing with friends.
Appearance[]
She has long pink hair with a light blue underneath, with two short pigtails and sea-themed accessories such as bows atop her head, as well as heterochromia in her eyes; one blue, one yellow. She wears a blue and white dress with flower and shell adornments, with a small cutout below her chest. Her sleeves fall all the way to her feet with an ocean wave-like appearance, and she wears white stockings with cutesy blue shoes. Sometimes, an orange jellyfish with a top hat (her brother Ronnie) can be seen sitting on her head.

Her YouTube channel was created on 25 February 2024, her Twitter account was created in December 2023.
On 9 March, it was announced on the official Yume+ Twitter that Mero's debut would have to be rescheduled to a later date due to technical issues.[1]
On 3 April, Mero's rescheduled debut date was announced, set to be on 6 April.[2]
On 6 April 2024, Mero debuted on her YouTube channel. She then held a short collab on her channel with the other debuted REMedy members.

On 17 August, Yume+ announced that they would disband the next day and let their remaining talents have the opportunity to keep their IPs and content, with Mero being one of three talents that would be continuing as an indie.[3]

Joining Konbini[]
On 21 April, Mero announced that she would be joining the independent VTuber group Konbini.

- Sometimes, a small orange jellyfish adorning a tiny top hat sits on Mero's head. This is Ronnie Umiko, her little brother, who couldn't swim when he was younger. The gods saw this and transformed him into a full jellyfish; now Mero takes care of and assists him.
