Michi Mochievee is a female English and Indonesian-speaking independent VTuber formerly associated with VShojo. She originally debuted in April 2024, becoming the sixteenth VTuber to join the group. In July 2025, Michi decided to leave VShojo and continue independently.

Personality[]
Michi is often an energetic and extroverted person with a lot of chaotic energy in her livestreams and collabs. While she is mostly like this, Michi also has her chill moments, mainly in her solo livestreams in chat. Michi is a very caring person who is always teasing others, while showing how much she cares for her friends at the same time when the situation urges. On a collab stream she revealed that she identifies herself as a "Biscuit" which is what she means by "Bi-curious".
Appearance[]
Michi has long purple hair with white streaks and her mascot on her head. She has 2 braids in her hair, one in her bangs and one over her shoulder. She wears a choker, a ripped black eye-patterned shirt with red and white stitches over her chest, as well as an oversized jacket. She has a stitch over her face, "unreasonably flat teeth" contrasted by a small flesh-tooth fang,[2] and cat-like mouth. Her eyes are white with purple undertones, with a red ring around her red pupils. She has quite a few colored gems and beads throughout her hair and 5 piercings on her ear. And to quote her lore video, massive tits.

Michi's Twitch account was registered on 26 March 2024. Her YouTube account was registered on 27 March 2024.
On 13 April 2024, the VShojo YouTube channel posted a live-action video titled The VShojo Security Experience, and on 15 April, it was followed by Office Lockdown. Michi Mochievee was announced on 17 April in the next video titled The Thief.
Michi's debuted on Twitch on 20 April 2024 at 8PM PT. The stream reached a peak of 42,365 viewers. She was already Twitch partner prior to her debut. By the following day she had reached over 40,000 Twitch followers, over 20,000 YouTube subscribers, and over 50,000 Twitter followers. A debut restream was scheduled on YouTube for the following day.
2024[]
On 21 April, Michi broadcasted her first YouTube stream, in which she chose her fan name by vote.
On 14 April, Michi reached 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.
On 29 May, Michi reached 100,000 followers on Twitch.
On 27 July, she participated in the Melodi and Harmony music relay with 21 other Indonesian content creators.
On 15 September, Michi announced her second outfit to be revealed on 21 September. The outfit is a Summer-themed outfit.[3]
On 21 November, Michi was the first talent to complete the first full card.[4] of the VShojo 1-on-1 collab Stamp Rally.[5] She eventually won.
On 29 December, Michi debuted her third outfit: Teen model.[6]
2025[]
On 20 January, Michi reached 5 million watch hours on Twitch.[7]
On 11 February, Michi had her shortest stream: 33 minutes, after the PC "exploded" from slightly praising Marvel Rivals.
On 15 February, Michi debuted her fourth outfit: Bunny model,[8] alongside with the chibified model[9] on Valentine's Day.
On 22 July, she announced on YouTube that she left VShojo. Her departure was part of a mass exodus of members, following allegations that the company had failed to pay members, including Michi herself. She retained control of her intellectual property continued to stream as an independent VTuber.[10]

Identity[]
- The name "Michi" is a gender-neutral Japanese name that means either "righteous way" (if written 道) or "beautiful [and] wise" (if written 美智).
- She can speak English and Indonesian, and can understand Javanese, Mandarin Chinese, and some Japanese.
- The name Michi was taken after her pet tarantula, since she wanted a name she could remember easily. Her surname was also inspired by that of her dog, Chichi. Independent VTuber Porcelain Maid originally spent two hours trying to come up with ideas for Michi's name, all of which she ignored.[11]
Lore[]
- Unlike most VShojo members, she is a normal human. However, she is made of parts of at least six separate human bodies stitched together.
- In her past life, she died from overwork and became a ghost. She was reborn in her new body thanks to a mysterious creator who lived in the body of a rabbit doll.
- She runs a cursed shop which sells literally anything.
- She has more lore, but couldn't afford a longer lore video.

- Michi originally wanted to name herself "Purple Urple". Luckily, her friends managed to talk her out of it.
- She has a dog, and had a tarantula named "Michi Jr."[12]
- Her hobbies include sleeping, travelling, looking cute, hyper-fixating on anything, and fashion. She also said one of her hobbies are crying, but she dislikes crying.
- Michi was a fashion student and worked in the fashion industry for a couple of years before becoming a VTuber.

- She has insomnia. Her medication for her insomnia is the cause for some of her creations, as her medication makes her delirious. In fact, much of her current design, lore video, and subsequent debut stream were conceptualized while Michi was delirious.
- Her model's swirly eyes were inspired by the barong, a mythical Indonesian creature. The original idea was for the white of the eye to be yellow like the barong, but it didn't stand out enough. It was also inspired by Kaa from the Jungle Book animated movie and the doll from Saw.
- One of her grandfathers was a shaman that practiced black magic, and as a result, she had a protection ritual performed on her when she was born. She also had to sacrifice a chicken once. One of her grandmothers practiced white magic.
- She often mixes up "Eureka" with "urethra."
- The reason her hand cam stream was blurry is because she didn't peel the plastic lens cover off her webcam.
- She had ordered an expensive tailored equipment (~$6k) through UPS. After a month of frustrating dealing with the shipping broker/customs and even getting contacted by a "third party person" for extortion/blackmail for release, she sorted it out in 3 hours using normal methods as a normal person. She did not call nor have the connection to the "mafia" and she "didn't scruff them up".
- Michi, surprisingly, had an ex-boyfriend. Well, it's a pretend relationship with her friend from middle school that lasts till college. They were in a pretend relationship because the boyfriend in question is gay and didn't want his parents to find out.
- She and 10JIN didn't know they were real-life second cousins (their parents are first cousins) at first, and found out when they both attended the wedding of a relative.[13]
