On 26 August 2023, VirtuaReal announced their twentieth generation of Virtual Livers, including Mikoto, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles.[1] The article focuses on INTRO, the male part of the generation. He uploaded his first video on the same day.
Originally he was going to debut on 3 September, however, due to Garu and Kurau's terminations, he ended up debuting 5 days later on 8 September.
