Minase (水無瀬) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Neo-Porte. He is part of the first generation of Neo-Porte members along with Aruse Inu, Hizuki Yui, NaYuta, Yozuna Niu, and Tentei Forte.

On 18 March, Neo-Porte announced their first generation members debut.[2]
Minase's YouTube channel was created on 12 March 2022 and his Twitter account also created in the same month. His first tweet was made on 18 March 2022.
2022[]
On 7 June, Minase reached 80,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[3] and 100,000 followers on his Twitter account.[4]
On 11 July, Minase reached 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[5]
2023[]
On 11 August, it was announced that Neo-Porte x Sweet Paradise collaboration would take place on 4 September until 1 October. Members who would appear on the goods are Shibuya HAL, Aruse Inu, Minase, Kohaku Teto, and Kasukano Utsuro.[6][7]
