A ghost who passed away while still determined to be an idol.
He spent his early ghost days lazing around until, upon Fuma's invitation, he decided to aim to be an idol once again.
He can't deal with ghosts and scary things, himself excluded.

He has long periwinkle hair with light blue streaks and light purple eyes with a glowing will o wisp. He wears a white tank top, a black dress shirt, and a white, pearly, purple-like sweater with a black bow, two black necklaces, three sliver rings on his right hand. He wears black ripped jeans, white wedge platform ankle boots with black laces, and black soles. His hair is shoulder length, with the right part of the hair tied up.

On 26 December 2021, during the HOLOSTARS 1st ACT: JOURNEY to FIND STARS concert, it was announced that new members would be coming to HOLOSTARS in 2022. Rio, along with the rest of UPROAR!!, were introduced on 19 March 2022 (JST), during the hololive SUPER EXPO 2022 event, though their social media accounts were not revealed until 22 March. His YouTube channel has a creation date of 7 February 2022, while his Twitter account was also created in February 2022.

On 29 July, he reached 70,000 YouTube subscribers.[3]
On 2 August, it was announced that all 4 members of UPROAR!! will be getting their summer outfits which will be a reveal spreading across 4 days starting on August 5, 2022.[4]
On 30 August, HOLOSTARS revealed an original voice drama titled, "Highschool Holography" to include all of the nine HOLOSTARS members along with featuring all four UPROAR!! members as guests. The drama cd will be released into two parts with the first part to release on November 5, 2022 and the second part to be announced at a later date.[5]
On 5 November, Rio debuted his 3D model.[6] At the same time, he reached 90,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[7]

On 2 January, he revealed his new year's costume that also included his companion Luca getting one as well.[8]

On 20 January, it was announced that there will be new stock limited UPROAR!! winter merch; acrylic stands and mugs with wooden spoon, to go on sale starting January 23 at 19:00JST.[10]

2022[]
- On 1 April, it was announced that UPROAR!! will be having a collaboration with Shibuya Marui/Shibuya Modi.[12]
- On 4 April, it was announced HOLOSTARS and UPROAR!! will be having a meet and talk event on 22 May 2022 held in Ikebukuro harevutai with a time limit of 2 minutes per person and attendance will be determined by lottery.[13]
- On 18 May, it was revealed that UPROAR!! will be having their own show called, "Jump UPROAR!!" starting on July 22, 2022 at 20:00JST which will be streamed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month on the official HOLOSTARS YouTube channel.[14]
- On 1 July, HOLOSTARS announced they will be taking part in "Animate Girls Festival 2022".[15]
- On 27 July, it was announced that HOLOSTARS and UPROAR!! will be participating as ambassadors in support of the spicy foods event, Gekikara Yabai, to be held in Akihabara starting on August 3rd, 2022. Event merch will also be available but only locally.[16]
- On 18 August, Molly Online which is a crane game had announced a collaboration with UPROAR!! featuring all 4 members for a limited time.[17] Gamma also contributed artwork for the merch.[18]
- On 3 October, it was announced that HOLOSTARS members will appear on the Nihon Television Vtuber NEWS program for 10 weeks to report the latest vtuber news. The broadcast will be on the Nihon Television channel program "news every" at 16:00JST on Mondays.[19]
- On 20 October, after the performance of HOLOSTARS 2nd Act: GREAT VOYAGE to UNIVERSE, multiple announcements where made. A blu-ray of HOLOSTARS 2nd Act will be released on February 22, 2023 and depending on which store the blu-ray is ordered from, exclusive bonus items will differ.[20] HOLOSTARS will have an apparel collaboration with KANGOL REWARD and the first designs will be for UPROAR!! meanwhile other designs will be revealed at a later date.[21] For a limited time, HOLOSTARS 2nd ACT: GREAT VOYAGE to UNIVERSE will be distributed through MiruHaco by JOYSOUND starting on November 19th with more information to be announced on November 4th.[22] All four members of UPROAR!! will be getting their 3D models with more details to be announced later.[23] Arurandeisu will be having a new appearance with more details coming soon.[24] Lastly, a new project has been announced with more details on a later another date.[25]
- On 28 November, hololive Production announced that HOLOSTARS will have a Christmas 2022 campaign which will include the following events to take place; a web advent calendar, a collaboration with Cake.jp which is an online cake delivery service to feature 13 original cakes for HOLOSTARS and UPROAR!! members, Christmas voice packs and more.[26]

- On 24 January, RAKU SPA announced a collaboration with HOLOSTARS to start on February 8, 2024.[27]
- On 25 May, Yamaha Game Streaming announced, as one of the sponsors and as fans of Holostars, in celebration of the upcoming Holostars 5th anniversary 3D live, they would be giving away 2 YDM707 white dynamic microphones valued at 25,300 yen for those who participate.[28]
- On 8 June, the group performed their HOLOSTARS 5th Anniversary Live -Movin' On!-. It was also the first HOLOSTARS 3D live performance to include the group UPROAR!!.[29]
