Mintmai (or Mint) is an Asian-American independent VTuber. She is an aspiring baker that's horrible at baking. She loves to sing and draw, and illustrates her own Live2D models.

She has black hair and eyes, and a heart shaped ahoge with mochi donut loop braids. She has a bunny hair accessory shaped like her community mascot, a couple of bread shaped clips, and a bread beret. She wears and orange and white maid-like dress with a graphic of a pretzel bun on her chest.

2022[]
On 30 October, Mint streamed for the first time, using a PNG model.
On 23 November, Mint's channel reached Twitch Affiliate.
2023[]
On 18 January, Mint surpassed 100 Twitch followers.
On 18 February, Mintmai debuted a chibi model, her first Live2D model.
On 26 April, celebrating her birthday, she held a "12 hour stream" which ended up lasting a little over 13 hours. She also released her first song cover "Cupid" by Fifty Fifty.
On 24 June, Mintmai debuted a fullbody Live2D model. Following her debut, semi-retiring her Chibi model the day before. She hosted her very first subathon. It lasted 5 days (24th-28th), during which she surpassed 1000 Twitch followers.
On 30 October, Mintmai's first streaming anniversary. She would officially celebrate her anniversary on November 4 with a debut.
On 4 November, Mintmai debuted her new casual outfit for her first anniversary. As part of her anniversary celebration, she also released her first line of merchandise.
On 22 December, Mintmai celebrated with her community a Christmas party beginning an annual tradition of creating a community decorated Christmas tree, where the Flour Friends submit various images to put on a Christmas tree.
2024[]
On 7 January, in Mintmai's first stream of the year, she reviewed 2023 and created goals for 2024.
On 1 April, for April Fool's Day, Mintmai released a "scuffed" model that she rigged herself, with art drawn by her rig artist Mochi, dubbed "ScuffMint."
On 21 April, in a teaser video, Mintmai announced a new maid themed outfit that would release on April 27.
On 28 June, Mintmai released her first Vlog after visiting Offkai 2024, the first VTuber Convention she's attended privately.
On 19 July, Mintmai released her second Vlog about her attendance of Anime Expo 2024 and Hololive Night at Dodger's Stadium.
On 31 August, a new winter outfit was announced in a teaser, and was debuted at the start of her second ever donothon on September 7.
On 7 September, Mintmai's second donothon began September 7 and ran for 15 days, ending on September 23.
On 8 September, Mintmai learned from Flour Friends that butter was made from dairy and not cow fat (tallow). This event later become her most viewed YouTube Short on her channel.
On 9 November, in celebration of her 2nd anniversary, Mintmai debuted a casual TShirt outfit and released a parody cover of "Sacabambaspis" by Yakamochi titled "Minto-mint-mint-mai."
On 1 December, Mintmai was informed of a typo in her Twitch about blurb from another streamer she raided for the first time. This was when everyone confirmed that neither Mintmai nor Flour Friends knew how to read.
On 21 December, in the final stream of 2024, Mintmai and Flour Friends celebrated their second annual holiday party.
2025[]
On 18 January, Mintmai began simulcasting her live streams on YouTube for the first time.
Mintmai collabed with Indie Vtubers Sugi Aoki, Elveira and Ichika Maia on 8 April in a REPO stream.
On 12 April, Mintmai streamed Minecraft as an invitee to Vivaria Virtual's server.
Mintmai rebranded as a Baker Idol on 26 April for her birthday and held a concert with a new 3D model with a teaser announced 1 April. She launched a limited time Baker Idol merchandise to her shop on the same day.

- Mintmai's favorite sweet bread is melonpan. Her favorite savory bread is shiopan.
- The Mintclipse happens on the 1st of October every year.
- Despite being a baker, Mintmai is not good at baking.
