Mituki Neu (海月ねう Mitsuki Neu) was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber who focused on singing and music producing. She has retired as a VTuber, but is still active in the music scene as Wotoha (をとは otoha).

- She uses a jellyfish theme. The kanji for Mituki is written using the characters for jellyfish, and all of her YouTube uploads have "(:]ミ" or "ଳ" at the start of the title.
- As Mituki Neu, she would use (:]ミ in her titles. However, since Neu's retirement from VTuber activity, Wotoha has since been using ଳ in her titles.
- While she originally debuted as a Virtual Youtuber, her older content has since been marked as private besides her music.
- Although her VTuber activities have ceased, she is now active as a member of the music creator group OFUTONE as a singer, illustrator, and animator[3].
- Even though she retired as a VTuber, her twitter handle still has her old VTuber name.
- As an illustrator and animator, she has been credited on the music videos of other VTubers such as Minamori Hero, Sakura Miko, and Makaino Ririmu, among others[4].
