Mituki Neu (海月ねう Mitsuki Neu) was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with upd8 who focused on singing and music production.
In 2019, she ended her VTuber activities and switched to utaite activities, renaming her channel to Wotoha (をとは).

Neu is a jellyfish girl with short, light blue hair, and big eyes with blue irises. She wears a dark blue cap and a blue-and-white marching band uniform with gold accents.

She created her Twitter account in March 2018 while her YouTube channel was created on 3 February 2018.

Trivia[]
- Neu's last name 海月 is romanized as "Mituki" but pronounced as "Mitsuki".
- She uses a jellyfish theme. The kanji 海月 used for Mituki is a rarely-used kanji form for "jellyfish", and all of her YouTube uploads have either "(:]ミ" or "ଳ" at the start of the title.
- As Mituki Neu, she would use (:]ミ in her titles. However, since her retirement from VTuber activity, she has since been using ଳ in her titles.
- While she originally debuted as a Virtual YouTuber, her older content has since been marked as private besides her music.
- Some of her content can still be found in collaborations with other VTubers, such as Utai Makea,[3] Kasukabe Tsukushi.[4] and Inaba Haneru[5]
- Although her VTuber activities have ceased, she is technically still active as a member of the music creator group OFUTONE as a singer, illustrator, and animator.[6]
- Even though she retired as a VTuber, her twitter handle still has her old VTuber name.
- As an illustrator and animator, she has been credited on the music videos of other VTubers such as Minamori Hero, Sakura Miko, and Makaino Ririmu, among others.[7]
