Personality

Momo is a kind and shy girl loved by all idol Corp members, even those who acknowledge her scary side. She exudes cuteness, but Momo uses as much her charm as her authority to make pressure and get advantages. She affords to flirt with vtubers outside idol, but doesn't tolerate when she surprises her lovers flirting with someone else and tends to become threatening. She notably forced Juna Unagi to break up with Kai Saikota, 24 hours ater Juna declared her (unilateral) contract with Kai, just by talking in her YouTube chat.

Momo was revealed being clever during a game at OffKai Expo. She was capable to find every lie about her genmates and Riro, until Kai showed her options where the answer was one of the least obvious.

Appearance

She has long blonde hair that curls out at the end with shades of pink and a polka dot red bow on top, as well as star shaped hairpins. Her eyes are blue and she wears a seifuku like pink dress. Momo's right leg is wrapped in a pink octopus tentacle. She has white socks with a frilly top and brown shoes with pink bows on them.

History

Background

Her debut stream was scheduled on 14 June. During this stream, her YouTube channel reached 10,000 subscribers.

2023

On 20 June, Momo celebrated the monetization of her channel.

On 11 July, she celebrated her membership opening.

On 31 July, her channel reached 20,000 subscribers.

On 6 October, Momo started a 72 hours donothon. On 8 October, during this event, her channel hit 30,000 subscribers.

2024

On 10 March, Momo returned from a hiatus she took in December 2023 because she had to undergo surgery.

On 17 March, her channel reached 40,000 subscribers.

On 19 April, after a collab with Endless on Stardew Valley, Momo stopped streaming on her channel for a relatively long time. She appeared afterward only on other VTubers' stream eventually, including on 14 June for Endless' 1st anniversary party. Later, it was also said by her genmates she was together with them during their trip at OffKai around June.

Rebranding

On 10 August 2024, idol, after their acquisition by Brave Group, released a letter from Momo herself. Now that problems with her ex-management have been cleared, she can return from her extended and unplanned hiatus, but she would rebrand. Her Twitter account and YouTube channel were shortly afterward renamed into "redactedIDOL", and her content privated. The entirety of her Twitter got hidden and her profile picture erased.

By the following, waiting to get "released from the basement", she became relatively active as "redacted" on Twitter. She also did few appearances in various VTuber chats on YouTube. She notably appeared in Fuyo Cloverfield's call-ins before her graduation.

• Her species is dumbo octopus.
• She is named as such because her owner was a big weeb.
• As an octopus, she was looking all the time at her owner yelling at cute girls online and waving his credit card. She made the wish to become human. One night, the sky answered her wish and let magic food fall into her mouth. After eating until the morning, she stood up in a human form. She eloped, but realized she needed money. Finding an idol Corp advertisement, she seized her chance and joined them.
