VILIT (formerly MyHolo TV) is an agency of Virtual YouTubers located in Malaysia, with a goal to connect worldwide community with Virtual Youtubers.
History[]
2020[]
MyHolo TV started their activities around June, with their first generation debuting on 20 June 2020, including Liliana Vampaia as their single member.[1]
On 30 August they opened auditions for their second generation, which ended on 31 October with 459 applications in total.[2][3]
On 6 December, they announced their second generation of Virtual Youtubers, including a short video teaser presenting their 3 members.[4]
2021[]
On 21 February, they started the opperating their official website, including information about auditions, along with information of their roster, official news, contact, information about their structure and frequently asked questions.[5]
On 5 March, they became Discord Partners.[6]
On 19 March, MyHolo TV announced the mass graduation of three members of their second generation, Miori Celesta, Marica Bellerose, and Manaka Umio on the 21st according to their tweet.[7] Miori briefly continued her activities as an indie before joining Tsunderia in May 2021, while Umio and Marica ceased their activities altogether.
On 8 April, they announced an application for VTuber manager.[8]
On 31 May, they announced auditions for a new generation which ended on 30 June.[9][10]
On 1 October, MyHolo TV rebranded with a new logo design.[11]
On 3 October, MyHolo TV announced their Gen 3, called "MonstarZ". Gen 3 has 3 members, including Virion Kisei, Athelia Hiroyuki and Lunaris Urufi. Their characters will be revealed on on October 6th.[12]
On 6 October, Gen 3 character designs were revealed on a stream hosted over Liliana Vampaia's channel. After the stream, MyHolo TV announced on Twitter and website, including a short video introducing the three members. They will debut on October 15 and 16. Gen 3 also updated their profile picture on Twitter. According to the announcement in the news, the new group MonstarZ will consist of Liliana and New Bloods (Gen 3).[13][14]
On 29 October, MyHolo TV announced that independent Vtuber HØRI 07 will be joining MonstarZ, she will debut on 1 November. Previously, on 28 October, MyHolo TV uploaded a teaser video about HØRI on their Twitter account.[15][16][17]
2022[]
On 31 May, MyHolo TV opened a world wide VTuber audition.[18]
On 21 October, they announced a new group called "TRIDOXA."[19] At noon on the same day, they announced an independent VTuber Karrot Keromi would join as a member of TRIDOXA.[20]
On 22 October, they announced three members of TRIDOXA consisting of Liola Lightbringer, Woozie Wannai, and Karrot Keromi. They would be debuting on the same day 6 November along with their first original song "Our Brand New World."[21]
2024[]
Halting Operations[]
On 1 May 2024, MyHolo TV announced that they would be inactive from 31 May until further notice, for one year, in hopes of reorganizing their assets.[22] While Liliana Vampaia and Lunaris Urufi would continue streaming under altered contracts, Liola Lightbringer and Karrot Keromi would part ways with the company on 1 June. Liola would keep all her assets, while Karrot Keromi would not keep her IP and return as her old name "Karrot".
Rebranding[]
On 10 November, MyHolo TV rebranded from "MyHolo TV Sdn Bhd" to "VILIT Sdn Bhd," together with Easy Onair Sdn Bhd and VAESTRO Sdn Bhd to found the venture brand "VOGI" Voice of Gamers and Idols), based in Malaysia. Accordingly, all social media and channels of MyHolo TV would be archived. All remaining talents would be under VOGI.[23]

- About the appearance of Gen 3: In an interview on IDN Times, when Lili was asked about her future plans, she said a few things about her birthday, her new outfit, and she will have kouhai. During Lili's birthday stream, when she was doing "【TOTSUMACHI】 Calling Vtuber's Friends", the last guest was a recording of the happy birthday song by Gen 3.[24][25]
