- She has a younger brother named Nebasei Oto (根羽清オト).[2] Oto makes cameos and appears in Cocoro's videos sometimes. He is 18 years old and a third-year high school student in the soccer club.
- Cocoro shares the same character designer with Lize Helesta of NIJISANJI, producer of hololive English Omegaα, Yu-yu-Yura of FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION, and Tsumugi Kokage of VSPO!.
