Nanako is the shortest member of SVP's Infinium, standing at 139 cm (4'6). She is a wolf-girl with hot pink eyes and long platinum blonde hair that reaches down to her thighs, topped with a large ahoge curving high above her head. The underlayers of her hair are dyed hot pink, which is visible in the two raised side partings. Part of her hair is gathered into twin pigtails, which are much shorter than the rest of her hair, and she also has two sidelocks that extend past her shoulders. Her wolf-like features include wolf ears atop her head and a large fluffy tail.
Her hair is decorated with two large black ribbons. The right ribbon ties her pigtail with a bow featuring a hot pink skull, while the left ribbon simply wraps around her left wolf ear. She also wears several hair clips with various designs, including a piece of meat, a black bone, a bow, and a heart with pulse-wave pattern. Her left sidelock is tied with a smaller black ribbon.
Nanako wears a babydoll-style camisole. The top is black with white ruffled trim and a black band adorned with a silver heart, while the bottom is made of sheer white fabric. Around her neck is a black oversized choker with a bow charm, reminiscent of a dog’s collar.
