Oceane Otoishi (音衣詩おしあん) was a female Virtual YouTuber, member of production kawaii's 3rd Generation "Enchantasia" alongside Aletta Sky, Peony Aeria, Sava Safari, and Miryu Kotofuji.

As a siren, Oceane was expected to follow the footsteps of her sisters. But after meeting a mermaid friend, Oceane knew she wanted to be one. She sought the help of an alchemist and asked to be transformed into a mermaid. But first, she has to prove her loyalty by becoming a kind human. With the scroll tucked in her necklace, she gained leg and eventually became a VTuber.[2]

She has short, slightly asymmetrical dark blue hair with lighter blue eyes and a light blue feather shaped earring that has a purple diamond shape gem next to it.

Her YouTube channel was created on 2 August 2022, her Twitter account was created in July 2022.
On 10 June 2022, production kawaii's Twitter announced the auditions for the 3rd Generation.[3] On 15 August, they announced that the 3rd Generation would be debuting on 28 August.[4] The 3rd generation accounts were revealed on 21 August, consisting of 5 members Aletta Sky, Peony Aeria, Sava Safari, Oceane Otoishi, and Miryu Kotofuji.[5] On the same day, she made her first tweet.[6] On 28 August 2022, Oceane debuted on YouTube channel.
2022[]
On 5 September, Oceane's YouTube channel was terminated. The reason given was that she had "violated YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations."[7]
On 6 September, her channel was restored.[8]
On 18 September, she opened her channel membership feature.[9]
On 4 October, she released her first official solo cover song, an acoustic version of the song "Mayonaka no Door" by Matsubara Miki.
On 7 October, Oceane along with her fellow 3rd generation members released their first collaboration cover song "THE BADDEST" by K/DA.
On 27 October, she reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[10]
On 23 November, she reached 20,000 subscribers on YouTube channel during an unarchived karaoke stream.[11][12]
On 14 December, she reached 30,000 subscribers on YouTube channel during a karaoke stream.[13][14]
2023[]
On 5 January, Oceane reached 40,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.
On 30 January, she reached 50,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[15]
Retirement[]
On 1 February, production kawaii's Twitter account announced that, Oceane Otoishi's contract was terminated, citing slander towards other talents and improper conduct outside of the agency. Her channel and merchandise would stay active until the end of the month.[16] Sava, Aletta, Peony and Miryu all held a joint stream explaining the situation that same day.

- Her surname "Otoishi" is written in Kanji「音衣詩」while her first name "Oceane" is written in Hiragana「おしあん」.
- Her first name "Oceane" is came from the word "Ocean."
- "Oceane" (Océane) is also a French female given name, which means "from the ocean." As of 2006, it was the ninth most popular name for newborn girls in France and Quebec.
- Her surname "Otoishi" is a gift from the management. "Oto"「音」means "Sound," "I"「衣」means "Clothes," and "Shi"「詩」means "Poem."[18]
- Her full name means "The music of the ocean."
