Octavio (オクタビオ) is a male English-language Virtual YouTuber endorsed by hololive's branch HOLOSTARS English. He is a member of -ARMIS- and debuted in November 2023 alongside Jurard T Rexford, Goldbullet and Crimzon Ruze.

Mysterious and knowledgeable, Octavio is a sophisticated and youthful puppeteer. He is particularly versed in human anatomy, and is also devoted to the study of corruption beasts. When he finds something beautiful, he runs up to it and snaps a picture without hesitation. He is also known for his unpredictable behavior, such as composing music in the midst of battle. Using his conductor’s baton, he is able to manipulate corruption beasts via the strings on his shoulders while in combat. Rather than a brute, he believes himself to be an elegant fighter in search of perfect melodies.

On 15 November 2023, hololive English's Twitter account published a background image of a tavern with the message "WARNING Corruption beast outbreak in your area! Urgently complete efforts to protect life and property."[1] This ended up being a teaser as later the same day, hololive English's Twitter account and HOLOSTARS English YouTube channel published a video introducing the new members of HOLOSTARS English: -ARMIS-.[2] A small portion of the trailer was also uploaded to each member's channel as a teaser video.[3] They also made their first tweet on this date.[4] His Twitter account was created in September 2023.
Octavio debuted on 18 November 2023 PST. On the same day he released his first solo cover song "HOLLOW HUNGER" by OxT.
2023[]
On 3 December, Octavio celebrated his channel monetization and enabled Super Chat feature.[5]
On 1 December, he reached 50,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[6]
On 16 December, he opened his YouTube membership feature.[7]
2024[]
On 1 January, -ARMIS- released their first collaboration cover song "Kami no Manimani" by rerulili.
On 9 April, Octavio reached 70,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.
On 4 July, he reached 80,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[8]
On 19 November, to celebrated their first anniversary, -ARMIS- released their second original song "Take'em Down."
On 22 December, he reached 90,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.
2025[]
On 25 January, Octavio debuted his second costume.[9]
On 28 February, -ARMIS- announced they would get their 3D models.[10]
On 28 March, Octavio debuted his 3D model and released his first original song "String Theology."[11]
On 7 May, he reached 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[12]
On 15 August, he released an update to his main 2D model, including infinity eyes, hand movements, new expressions and effects.[13]
On 27 September, HOLOSTARS English members debuted their 3D idol costumes during the online concert "EVERGLOW: Light of Elysium."[14]
