Oliver Evans (オリバー・エバンス) is a Japanese male Virtual YouTuber affiliated with NIJISANJI. He debuted alongside Axia Krone, Lauren Iroas, Leos Vincent, and Lain Paterson, known as the group "Eden-gumi" (エデン組).

On 19 July 2021, the debuts for Oliver, alongside Axia Krone, Lauren Iroas, Leos Vincent, and Lain Paterson were announced, with their streams being held on 22 July 2021.[3]

On 20 October, the third edition of NIJISANJI's collaboration with the dessert buffet chain SWEETS PARADISE was announced, with Axia, alongside the rest of Eden-gumi appearing in the collab.[4] Starting on 22 October, Eden-gumi-themed food and dessert became available, with Oliver's being "Oliver Evans' Hawaiian hamburger" (オリバー・エバンスのハワイアンハンバーガー) and "Oliver Evans' tea (with tea cakes)" (オリバー・エバンスのお茶(お茶菓子付き)). It was also announced that goods would be sold, consisting of paper place mats and original coasters.[5] On 29 October, it was announced that more goods would be sold, including acrylic stands, badges, T-shirts, etc.[6] On 3 November, printed cakes with designs of the Eden-gumi members became available.[7] On 22 November, it was announced that new goods would be released, including towels, parkers, cushion covers, etc., on 1 December.[8]
On 20 of December, he hosted the debut of Luxiem, the fourth wave of NIJISANJI EN, together with Elira Pendora. [9]
2022[]
On 1 January, Oliver opened up membership for his channel.[10]
On 9 March, he debuted the 2.0 brushup of his Live2D model. [11]
On 31 March, he reached 200,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[12]
On July 23, a rerun of the previous collaboration that involved Kanae, Kuzuha, and Ex Albio was announced on Leos' YouTube channel and the official Poker Chase Twitter account. Along with this rerun, a second collaboration with Nijisanji livers was announced as well. The members of this collaboration includes Lain Paterson, Leos Vincent, Oliver Evans and Naruse Naru. The collaboration was set to go live in the game on August 15.[13][14]
On August 19, his 3D debut was announced by the official Nijisanji Twitter account. It is set to be held on August 26.[15]

- Oliver was apparently a beginner at using Twitter at the time of his debut, often making typos, and once claimed that he did not know what a hashtag was. It came to attention to many VTuber fans, to the point that it became trending in Japan on 19 July 2021.
- Oliver is able to speak English at conversational level, despite saying that he has not been using it for a decade.[18]
- His middle name is David.[19]
- His Twitter banner was made by fellow NIJISANJI member Mayuzumi Kai.[20]
- During his first collaboration with Eden-gumi, they played Gang Beasts and he was declared as the leader of the team when he won the last round of the game.[21]
- He owns a 15 year old keyboard.[22]
- He loves memes[23] and is well-versed in meme culture.[24]
- Due to his English language skills and personality, it is a common meme that he is the most seiso (pure) member of NIJISANJI EN, due to lewdness of the official members of NIJISANJI EN.
- He loves One Piece[25] and his favourite character in the series is Buggy the Star Clown.[26]
- It has been observed that despite being bad with horror elements[27], he plays horror games fairly often. (He once did an endurance stream of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard lasting 9 hours, 49 minutes and 32 seconds.[28] On 6 November, he completed Resident Evil Village during an endurance stream lasting a total of 13 hours, 2 minutes and 4 seconds.[29]
- Whenever he makes a technological mistake, like muting himself by accident, his fans will comment "おっちょこちょりばー" (Occhokochoribaa). This is derived from the Japanese term "おっちょこちょい" (careless), and from his Pokemon Unite stream, when his teammate Elu combined his name with the term after he accidentally muted them from his stream.[30]
- Depending on the time of the day, he ends his streams with "良い一日を!" (Have a good day!), "良い午後を!" (Have a good afternoon!), or "良い夢を!" (Sweet dreams!)
- Due to his English skills, he often collaborates with members of NIJISANJI EN, to the point that he is considered by both members and viewers as an unofficial member.
- He was pleasantly surprised by finally having another human in NIJISANJI EN after the debut of Luca Kaneshiro, only to then remember that he is not in fact a member of NIJISANJI EN. [31]
- His unofficial status as a member of NIJISANJI EN was acknowledged by it's official channel, in the video description of Luxiem debut highlights. [32]
- Similar to Ha Yun and Lee On his model was premade and has exist since the 2019 Audition.[33]
