Osaki Cherry (おうさきちぇっりぃ)is an independent Japanese VTuber who debuted in 4 May 2021. She streams mainly on Youtube.

Personality[]
She's mature, kind, and caring. Her streams have chill and calm feeling in them. Her voice and speech is soothing and calming. She likes to sing. She also likes to sleep, playing game, and eat. She really loves cats and flowers. Whenever she made a mistake or can't read the kanji when singing a song, she likes to "improvise" the lyrics by saying "nyanyanya".
Her VTuber activity mainly consists of singing, marshmallow chatting stream, making song covers and ASMR videos. Her goal is so that the songs that she loves will be able to reach all people.
Appearance[]
She has long white hair with a single light pink streak and light blue eyes and a pink cat eared headband. She wears a pink sakura themed traditional looking Japanese dress with a yellow bow/sash.
Lore[]
Cherry born in a country where Sakura blooms throughout the year. When the citizen of Sakura country ages past 10 years old, regardless of season, they have the ability to bloom sakura flowers from around their body. Cherry doesn't have such ability to do that. Actually, she was also treated like an outsider because of that.
During that time, at Land of Sakura, "VTuber" genre become an interesting topic. She also want to share the songs that she loves. That's why she came to this Virtual world. Maybe in the Land of Sakura, she was treated like an outsider. But in this virtual world, she wants to try becoming sparkling and shining!
Streaming Activities[]
Her streaming activities consists of mainly Singing and Chit-Chatting. She also posts lullaby ASMR singing videos weekly. She also posts cover songs. From her introduction video, she claimed that she hasn't told her family (in real life) about her VTuber activity because she feels embarrassed, and will always do guerilla stream when they aren't home. She often notices her viewers within 1-2 hours prior to live stream at her Twitter.
Her Stream greeting is こんちぇり / Koncherry and ends with おつちぇり / Otsucherry. When viewers sent her superchat, she thanks them by saying ちぇりすぱ, きゅるん～！

Background[]
She began with an introduction video on 4 May 2021, followed by a cover songon 8 May. On 13 May 2021 she made her debut.
2021[]
On 14 July her channel got approved for monetization and on 5 August she opened her channel membership.
On 4 November, after 6 months of activity, she graduated from being 新人VTuber/Rookie VTuber into full fledged VTuber. She announced the release of her own merchandise goods on her BOOTH store.

- Her charm point is her cherry piercing.[2]

- Actually, her 1st stream was on May 12th, as a test stream that runs only on 45 seconds and only displaying her loading screen. Which technically makes May 12th is her debut date (later dubbed as 0th stream). She held a proper debut stream on the day after.[4]
- She wants to make original songs and release her own CD.
- On her intro video, can do Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch) voice impression.
- One of the things that she's weak with is horror games. She often screams and had to put calming japanese song instrumental BGM while playing.
- She do the mixing and video for her cover song herself. She also has drawing skill, some of the membership emoji are made by herself on stream.
- Cherry shares her illustrator Masaki Kubota with Himura Honoka of Vpro, Aria Synth and Minazuki Mana of VOLs, Nerou Vivi of Fairy and independent Vtubers Rei-chan and Kaneki Caw.
