Otsuka Ray (乙夏れい) is a female Japanese independent Virtual YouTuber who primarily stream on YouTube. She mainly does singing, karaoke, and sometimes chatting and gaming.

On 31 March, Ray held her first 3D solo live concert "Sekai Kazoku Keikaku" (世界夏族計画, lit. World Kazoku Project).[11]
On 11 April, the day of her 5th anniversary, Ray released her second original song "Fiance Syndrome".
On 31 August, Vtuber:ON announced that Ray would perform in "VTuber Fes. [Flying With Rhythm]" together with Hanamaru Hareru, Itsuki Natsume, Quon Tama, and Chiyoura Chiyomi in Hong Kong on 12 October 2024.[12]
On 31 July, Ray announced that she would hold her solo live concert "Taiwan Kazoku Keikaku" (台湾夏族計画, lit. Taiwan Kazoku Project) in Taipei on 23 November 2024.[13]
On 28 September, Ray and her daughter debuted their new costumes.[14]
