Oura Rukako (大浦るかこ) was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber, associated with 774 inc. She was part of the company's branch group AniMare (あにまーれ) before the group was disbanded and merged into the agency, debuting alongside Konan Mia and Tsukinoki Tirol.

An owl girl who is in charge of the cafe AniMare's accounting, but her true identity is an agent from an unknown organization.
Personality[]
Rukako is quite mature, yet somewhat clumsy girl. She has a wide knowledge and good sense of imagination so that her talks often goes off-topic. She usually talks in a polite manner, but uses more casual speech in front of Mia and Tirol.
Appearance[]
She has shoulder length black hair with white streaks and dark blue underneath. Her eyes are blue and she wears glasses. She wears an office lady-like uniform and black gloves.

Background[]
Rukako was introduced on AniMare's official Twitter account along with Konan Mia and Tsukinoki Tirol on 26 January 2021.[1] Her YouTube channel was created on 25 January 2021, with her Twitter account also being created on January 2021. She held her debut stream on 7 February.[2]
Around late December, 774 inc. revealed Rukako's key visual along with her debut-mates.
2023[]
On 21 March, the VTuber groups "AniMare," "Honey Strap," "Sugar Lyric," "Hiyoku no Crosspiece" and solo talents would be merged into one group, including management, aiming to make it easier for the talents to thrive under just one brand. this meant that Rukako was now merged into the main branch.
On 29 May, Rukako would indefinetly suspend her activities, and instead became involved with management. the announcement of this can be found on her Twitter.
2024[]
On 18 March, Rukako announced she would quit her talent-turned-staff-management position, completely departing from the company due to health reasons. She made the announcement on Twitter.
Events[]
- On 15 July 2021, 774inc C99's Twitter account announced that its talents would appear in the event Nanashiinku bake~shon! in which every member would appear in limited time merchandise including original artwork by studio A-1 Pictures depicting them in swimsuits. The merchandise included, posters, hand fans, cushions, key chains, pins, beach balls and special commemorative drinks associated with each group. The event was held in the EJ Anime Theater in Shinjuku City from 22 July to 1 August.[3]

- Her fanbase is called "Chōhooin" 「諜ホー員」, a wordplay on the Japanese word for "agent" (諜報員) and "hoo," a sound that owls make.

- She claims that her glasses are important as panties, so it is embarrassing for her to take them off.
- She hosts two weekly streams: one is a book review stream airing on every Saturday at 3:00PM JST, where she picks a book (mainly novels) with a specific theme from her viewers' contributions, the other is a Radio-style chatting stream, also airing on every Friday night (Saturday at 1:00AM JST to be exact).
