Profile

In a world where monsters war endlessly. The skies were ruled by the proud harpy warriors. However, not all had wings to fly, instead the penguin tribe used their white magic to support their fellow harpies in battle. The smallest and weakest of them all was Pina Pengin of the powerful emperor penguin family. Her family loved her, but she was scorned by the rest, even so she was determined to bring joy and healing to those around her. Wanting to find a magic of her own, she set out for the frozen wasteland beyond her home, for it is told that within this land is an ancient artifact that will grant a wish to those with righteous heart and strong will. Beyond the harsh mountains and through the cutting winds, Pina came upon a cave, within the cave stood mighty pillars of ices and within one pillar glowed a strange light. At a touch the ice melted away and revealed a mysterious artifact, upon its mirrored surface she beheld images of a place called earth. It was a world of compassion and joy so different from her own, and pina wanted so badly to be a part of it. Finally she understood what it was she could do to bring a smile to people's faces, all she had to do was accept her calling.

She is one of the two representatives of the "West" half of PRISM Project 3rd Generation, the other being Rikudou Yura.

Appearance

She has long blonde hair with a side ponytail and light blue eyes and wears a marching band style hat.

History

Background

On 2 June 2021, the PRISM Project Twitter account sent out a tweet advertising their new feature, PRISM Gacha. Hours later, PRISM Project tweeted an emergency announcement saying they had received reports of a mysterious error message. On 6 June, Pengin Pina sent out her first tweet. PRISM Project then tweeted an alert noting that the culprits of the data breach had been identified by name. Pina and the other 3rd Generation members were the culprits in question. At the time, Pina and the other members appeared as silhouettes. She posted her first video on YouTube, an art timelapse of Kamishiro Rita on 12 June. On 14 June, Pina along with the other 3rd Generation members, was given a full reveal of her model on the PRISM Project YouTube channel. Pina debuted on 27 June 2021, on the same day she released her first original song "RHYTHM."

2021

On 19 July, she released her first official solo cover song "Secret Base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~" by Zone.

On 13 August, she announced her Youtube channel reached 10,000 subscribers.

On 14 August, Pina collaborated with her fellow Gen 3 members to release a cover of the song "Don't Say Lazy" by Ho-kago Tea Time, marking the first Gen 3 collab Song Cover of the group.

On 2 September, she began her short cover song series "a daily post. Short anime song cover in ABC order!". She will release a cover song every day based on the alphabet, starting with A.

On 6 November, Pina celebrated her birthday.

2022

On 3 April, Pina celebrated the opening of her Youtube channel memberships with a 12 hour endurance stream.

On 4 June, she reached 20,000 subscribers during a stream.

On 26 June, Pina along with her fellow 3rd generation members celebrated their one year annivesary, and also released their first original song "Prismatic Dream."

On 2 July, she released the full music video of the original song "RHYTHM" which she released on her debut day.

On 8 November, Pina released her second solo original song "Arigatou ~Thank You~," which she wrote and composed herself.

2023

On 11 April, PRISM Project announced that Pina would be taking a hiatus from streaming from 26 April to late July. During the stream on the same day, she announced her new original song "Ever-changing."

On 21 April, Pina released her third original song "Hengen Jizai." The full music video would be released on 25 April.

On 6 August, she returned to her activities.

2024

End of PRISM

On 2 March, Sony Music Entertainment Japan announced that PRISM Project would cease operations after 31 March. Thereafter, all active PRISM talents (including Pina) would become independent and have the rights to their characters transferred to them. On 10 March, PRISM Project's 3rd Generation, of which Pina is a member, announced that their generation would be known as Requiem, and that Requiem would continue even after PRISM Project's dissolution.

On 2 June, Pina and several other former members of PRISM performed an Ex-PRISM Comeback Concert at the OffKai Gen 3 convention. At the end of the concert, they acknowledged that the term "ex-PRISM" was clunky, and so announced that they would be rebranding the group to Prima Project.

• On 11 February 2022, Pina confirmed that she would be appearing as a guest on Kizuna Ai the last live "hello, world 2022" on 26 February. "hello, world 2022" was Kizuna Ai's last live before an indefinite hiatus.
