Penkoro is an English-speaking independent Vtuber on Twitch. She is a bratty and parasocial puppy who is everyone's little sister and aims to take over the world with her cult of followers – the Penkult. She plays games on stream, sings karaoke, and engages with all of her viewers.

She is a fun and chaotic little sister who has a cute and wholesome facade but is hiding a more bratty side that tends to make brain-rotting or dirty remarks. Her goals for streaming are to spread happiness and love to the world and ensure that no one will truly be alone. While she tends to be a cute and bratty little girl, she occasionally shows her consideration and caring side by giving genuine and serious support to her followers.
Personality[]
Penko does her best to be as high energy and fun as possible for all her penkultists, trying to improve their day and make them fall in love with her. A lot of her comments come across as unhinged or dirty, but never lose their cute vibes as she seeks to interact with every single chatter coming to her stream. While she likes the occasional teasing and banter, she will feel sad and insecure when anyone acts mean or hurtful towards her.
Penko is also a very possessive and clingy little sister who gets jealous when her followers talk to other girls, getting sad when her followers mention talking to other women. This makes her tend to act parasocially towards all her viewers, being very engaging with her chat and doing her best to reply to every single one of their messages to make them feel heard and loved by her. While this sometimes comes across as being tsundere, or acting like she doesn't care, she always holds a deep love for her big siblings.
Behind the scenes, Penko is a hard worker who is always coming up with ways to improve her streams. Thinking of engaging things she can do with her chat, or drawing cute little emotes for them to use.
Appearance[]
She has dark-colored hair that is cut short, with a hairpin over her left eye in the shape of a pill. Her eyes themselves are heterochromatic, with the left being a light pink colour and the right being a sky blue. Atop her head are two pointy puppy ears with a pink colored inner ear, which move and bounce depending on her expression and mood.
Her outfit consists of an oversized white, black, and pink jacket that covers her entire upper body. Her arms and hands are covered with oversized sleeves that contain bows with a small pill at the centre, and the cuffs of the sleeves contain small pink gems. The body of the jacket has a large zip at the tip adorned with the same ribbon, with two small insignias of crosses at the bottom of the jacket.
The jacket also has a hood that can be taken off, which contains two long pink ribbons on either side that flow beside her body, each of the ribbons originating from a pink bow containing an eye that matches the colour of her own eyes. The centre of the hood contains a medical cross in the centre, and small hand-like bones coming down the centre.
Underneath her jacket is a small, white, frilly skirt that just pokes out from below the jacket. She wears black, thigh-length boots with pink heels that show off her petite legs. Her body stands at a short 135 cm (4'5") with an overall petite stature and has a tail that matches the same dark color as her hair and is tipped with a pink hue.

Mascot[]
Kororinpa
Penko’s mascot goes by the name of Kororinpa, or Rinpa for short, and is the embodiment of her beloved fans. Rinpa has the appearance of a small bat/dog hybrid with dark fur, dark beady eyes, and a sky-blue belly. It has wings similar to a bat with a large, black, spiked collar around its neck, which contains a single pink ring on the front. Rinpa’s ears are colored to match Penko’s eye colors, with their right ear being sky blue and their left ear being pink. They have scars on their cheeks which originate from a rough past, but even so, they do their best to remain upbeat and happy due to the comfort and love of their leader Penko.
