Pictoria Inc. is a Japanese startup company and VTuber agency which funds various projects concerning AI VTubers.[1] The agency has both "AITuber" and VTuber members listed on the Talent section of its website.
It launched the now-disbanded VTuber agency MOKUROKU in February 2021 and took in some of its talents after its disbanding in July 2023.

2017[]
The company was established on 22 December.[2]
2018[]
2019[]
On 16 February, Towa Kiseki's channel was created.[3]
2020[]
On 4 May, Aono Yuuki departed from Pictoria and became an independent VTuber.
On 4 November, Tsumugi Nen's channel was created.[4]
2021[]
On 27 January, the MOKUROKU agency's channel was created.[5]
On 9 October, the Go Round Game project's channel was created.[6]
2022[]
On 22 December, the independent VTuber Yumemi Yurame announced that she has joined Pictoria.[7]
2023[]
On 20 February, Ailene and Mailene's channel, AiMain, was created.[8]
On 31 July, the MOKUROKU agency disbanded and some of its remaining VTubers, namely Shindo Shirube, Otohime Tsuzuri and Urushizaka Esu transferred to Pictoria.
2024[]
On 19 March, Otohime Tsuzuri held her graduation stream and retired.[9]
On 31 May, Urushizaka Esu departed from Pictoria and became an independent VTuber.[10]

AI CAST[]
Pictoria's AI VTubers are collectively known as the "AI CAST" with their own micro-site and are also listed under the "AITuber" section of the agency's Talent page. Tsumugi Nen is considered a special guest member, debuting long before the other AI CAST members did.
