Pipkin Pippa is a female English Virtual YouTuber and a member of Phase-Connect, debuting as part of its first generation alongside Rinkou Ashelia, Hakushika Iori, Tenma Maemi, Fujikura Uruka, Shisui Michiru and Utatane Nasa.

Appearance
She has medium length rosy-blonde hair with braids and an ahoge and short rabbit ears with various cutesy accessories. Her eyes are pink and she wears a cutesy pastel jacket with rabbit patterns and soft colors. She has light blue and pink rabbit slippers.
Personality
Pippa is a kind streamer who holds high passion for the art of Vtubing. She streamed and published many videos talking about various subjects concerning about the community, or in order to give advice to anyone wanting to evolve as a VTuber. She loves Vtuber culture, but still, she is defined her honesty and sincerity, and thus also not afraid to point out its flaws and deficiencies.
She is usually speaking with a sweet tone. However, she may swear even in the middle of a common phrase. Moreover, when she gets angry or excited, Pippa always quickly starts to swear more than usual while speaking with a quaky loud voice.
She seems to be paranoid, and is often seen as a conspiracy theorist who believes that some mass shootings are false flags caused by the United States government as a pretense to repeal the Second Amendment so that it's citizens are easier to oppress. She has a bias against city-dwellers, and holds a strong preference for country life.
She is often considered Sakana's biggest headache with her antics and subversive content, often talking about the darker parts of the internet. She constantly pushes the boundaries set by management, and enjoys trolling and messing with people, but in turn they also enjoy trolling and messing with her.
Despite all her edginess, however, behind the scenes Pippa is actually an intelligent, thoughtful and empathic soul. She is well known for roasting her peers, her company, her own fanbase and anything else she feels like, but behind the scenes she genuinely wants to express support for them. Her tangents and zatsudans can get profound, delving into various topics like philosophy and dealing with psychological problems. In her original song, she herself admitted that she used to want to become somebody awesome in this world, but her fate went wrong. However, it was in Vtubing wherein she found a space where she can belong, to express her own identity and talents. She is a cynic, yes, but she climbed out of it, and now she developed into a more assertive, confident and friendly personality using her experience to help others.
Pippa, as well as her Capippalist followers, do not shy away from adversity, ostracism, and controversy. Thus they have adopted this phrase as their motto: I am Cringe, but I am Free.
History
Background
Pippa originally applied to hololive English's first auditions, submitting multiple entries including a five-paragraph rant about why Tsunomaki Watame was the best VTuber of all time, but was unsuccessful. She later applied unsuccessfully to several smaller agencies as a stepping-stone to hololive, but not NIJISANJI, hololive's rival. She eventually accepted to Phase-Connect.[2]
On 20 June 2021, Pippa debuted on YouTube as part of Phase-Connect's first generation.
2021
On 14 August, she reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.
2022
On 13 January, she reached 20,000 subscribers on YouTube channel, she celebrated it the next day.[3][4]
On 8 April, she reached 30,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[5]
On 16 July, she reached 40,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[6]
On 19 July, she released her first original song "Pippa the Ripper."
Her YouTube channel reached 50,000 subscribers on 27 August.
On 11 December, Pippa's YouTube channel hit 100,000 subscribers which makes her the first Phase-Connect member reaching this milestone.
2023
On 29 March, her YouTube channel hit 200,000 subscribers.[7]
On 9 April, Pippa revealed her first alternative outfit. It is a dress with suspenders whose skirt falls down to her knees, with a white shirt. She is also surrounded by two battery canons. Pippa can in this outfit swap her hair and dress color between dark and her original pink, and cut her hair short in a tomboyish way.[8]
On 12 September, her Twitter account reached 100,000 followers.[9]
Events
- On 8 March 2022, OffKai Expo's Twitter account announced that Pipkin Pippa and many VTubers would appear as guests in "OffKai Expo" which would be held from 29 April to 1 May.[10]
- On 19 August 2022, Series Ai announced on Twitter that Pippa would be performing at "AiMatsuri III," which would be held from 24-25 September 2022.[11]

- She dislikes technical difficulties, lag, buffering, crowds, and the government.
- She is a fan of hololive member Usada Pekora, calling her a "god-tier VTuber." However, her oshi is Tsunomaki Watame.[2]
- Her favorite hololive English member is Ceres Fauna.[12]
