Prism Virtual (プリズム virtual) is a North American based VTuber guild.
Unlike Japan-based VTuber agencies, Prism Virtual uses a mix of Twitch and YouTube for live streaming and edited video content.
The guild was founded in 2020 by Nullary and was formally started in November/December with Nullary's re-debut and the announcement and debut of two new members, Sera Amai and Yu Shan. The guilds goal is to to help each other and others grow in the VTuber space. One member who has been a part of Prism Virtual since the foundation is Rila, who debuted at a later date.

Prism Virtual is a guild with a focus on helping its members grow and funding the projects of its fellow guild members. The guild does not operate with new members appearing under generations and adds new members via invitation only.

Prism Virtual originally started in 2020 under the name "Prism Production" before rebranding in Spring 2021 with the launch of new PV.
2020[]
On 12 December, Nullary re-debuted with her goddess model.[1]
On 27 December, Yu Shan made her official debut on Twitch.
2021[]
On 6 January, Sera Amai made her official debut on Twitch.[2]
On 15 April, Prism Production officially rebranded as Prism Virtual with the release of a new PV. Blu was announced as a new member to the guild.[3]
From 1 May to 2 May, the guild held a donothon with shifts covered between the various members at the time: Nullary, Sera Amai, Yu Shan, Rila, Blu, Symphony Scarlet, and Otenonth.[4] Many of the donothon goals were achieved which lead to the scheduling of further collaboration streams between various members of the guild.[5]
On 25 June, the retirement of pre-debut members Symphony Scarlet and Otenonth were announced.[6]
On 12 August, Koziichu debuted as a new member of the guild.[7]
On 31 October, Zalozz joined the Prism Virtual guild as a new member and manager.
On 4 December, Rila had her official debut as a member of Prism Virtual.
2022[]
On 19 March, Sera Amai stepped down from Prism Virtual to focus on other VTuber activities.[8]

Trivia[]
- Prism Production began Summer 2020 with a several month test run. The public Discord server has been around since August 2020.
