Profile[]

Quon Tama is a VSinger who specializes in singing anime songs and making anime song covers. Her dream is to be the singer of an anime's theme song.[1]

Personality[]

Tama has a very cheerful and lively personality. But behind the scenes, she also has a "Tsuntsun" (aloof, not being honest to themselves) side to her. She likes dogs so much, she even took up inspiration from them, which are very honest and true to themselves. She wants to be able to do anything she really wants to achieve, which is the reason why she started her streaming activities.

Appearance[]

She's a dog-loving dog girl (mostly human but with dog ears and a dog tail) with indigo eyes.

On her original design, Tama has purplish black hair and a "two-side up" hairstyle with her long hair down but with pigtails on the sides, tied with light green ribbons. She has headphones and a choker on her neck. On her body she wears a purplish black and white jacket on top of a white sleeveless blouse and a short blue pleated skirt. She has a pair of white knee socks on her legs and a pair of purplish black shoes on her feet.

Tama's "Awakened" redesign changes her hair color to purple-violet and her hairstyle to full twintails tied with white cloth, and a pair of thin braids that goes down to her chest. On her body she wears a white and violet dress, with a violet inner skirt and a long, frilly white outer skirt. She has a pair of long white gloves on her hands which goes up to her upper arms. On her legs, she wears a pair of white kneesocks with a violet band, held up by violet garters. She has a pair of black shoes on her feet with purple flower adornments on her ankles.

Tama's Twitter account was created in July 2020. Her YouTube channel was created on 28 July 2020, and her debut stream was on 22 August 2020.

2020[]

On 22 August, Tama held her debut on YouTube.[2]

2021[]

On 5 October, both Tama and An-chan got a new model.[3]

On 9 October, she debuted her 3D model.[4]

On 31 October, during a singing stream, she revealed that she started another persona named IROA with a focus on music activities.[5]

2022[]

On 5 February, Tama revealed her model redesign called her "Awakened" model, which became her new default design.[6]

On 24 March, she did an endurance karaoke stream where she intended to keep singing until her channel reached 100,000 subscribers. The subscriber milestone was reached after ~3 hours.[7]

On 3 April, she premiered the music video for the short version of her first original song, "ETERNAL STORY" on YouTube. The song released digitally as part of her first original single the next day.[8]

On 5 May, her first solo cover album "INITIUM" released digitally on YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music.[9]

On 26 July, she released a teaser video for 『IRIS』, her first live concert.

On 7 October, she revealed her second post-redesign 2D outfit at the end of her karaoke stream.[10]

On 30 November, her first original Extended Play (EP) "VIOLET ROSE" and her second solo cover album "LUX" released digitally on YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music.[11]

On 4 May, her second original EP "SHADOW" was released.

On 13 December, her first original album "Shikisai no Conductor" (色彩のコンダクター) released digitally on a variety of music services, including YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music; and on sale physically, as a CD by Yuzuriha Records.[12]

2024[]

On 10 August, Tama revealed her third post-redesign 2D outfit. It was designed by Nana and modelled by Suimi.[13][14]

On 22 September, she released a teaser video for 『NIGHT PRISM』, her fourth live concert.

On 23 December, her YouTube channel reached 150,000 subscribers.[15]

    • In early 2022, her fanmark changed again from 🥚🌏 to 🕰🥀, to better match a changed worldview and her new redesign (which permanently replaces her old design).[22]
    • As of 2024, it is 🥀🥚 where the egg emoji is for Tamago (her fan name and also the Japanese word for "egg").

  • She is often accompanied by An-chan (杏ちゃん), a red-haired girl she created for her voice drama, but due to An-chan's popularity, she became a recurring character who occasionally appears on stream.
  • Whenever Tama tries to speak English, fans often tease her English skill as "Tamalish."
  • She is quite flexible. During her 3D model reveal stream she demonstrated her flexibility by performing a leg up pose and splits.
  • During her singing streams, her fans will spam "TMT" (Tama Maji Tenshi, Tama is truly an angel).
