REALITY, Inc.[1] is a subsidiary of Japanese internet company GREE Holdings, Inc.

They started operations in 2018 as Wright Flyer Live Entertainment[2] (or WFLE for short), with the goal of scouting talents, designing and creating characters and producing their shows on different platforms in Japan and worldwide. With that aim in mind, they entered into the VTuber market with an initial investment of ten billion yen (88 million USD) following the first two years of operations. They also developed the smartphone application and livestreaming platform REALITY. In 2020, WFLE was renamed to REALITY, Inc.

Since 2023, REALITY, Inc. has been reorganized by GREE into four companies handling its various businesses, two of which involve VTubers: REALITY, Inc. continues to develop the REALITY app used by VTubers, while REALITY Studios Inc. is a talent management business that operates several VTuber agencies.
