Restia (レスティア) is a male Taiwanese VTuber affiliated with professional e-sports team SCARZ as a content creator. He primarily streams FPS game content on Twitch.

Restia is a cat who likes to play shooting games. He is being held up by a girl named Seyna while he streams.[1]

Restia is a blue-eyed white cat. He has a blue and silver earring on his left ear and a blue collar with a gold bell on his neck.
Seyna (せーな, pronounced "Se-na"), is a blue-eyed catgirl who has long bluish white hair with blue strands, plus a blue star-shaped hair ornament on the right side and a blue cat-shaped hairpin over a braid on the left side and a blue moon earring on her right ear. She has white cat ears with a blue triangle earring on her left cat ear. She also has a long white cat tail with a bluish tip.
On Seyna's original design, she wears a long black-and-blue asymmetrical jacket over a white sleeveless dress with a short blue tie. She wears a pair of black gloves on her hands. On her legs, she wears one black knee sock held by a garter on her right leg, a black and purple band on her left thigh and a pair of white lace-up boots on her feet.

Restia's Twitter account was created on December 2020. His YouTube channel was created on 7 July, 2018. Seyna's Twitter account was created on July 2022.
2022[]
On 2 July, Restia announced on Twitter the exact date of his upcoming debut as a VTuber.[2]
On 7 July, he held his 2D debut and first stream as a VTuber on Twitch. The archive was uploaded to YouTube on 19 July.[3]
On 16 July, he joined the professional e-sports team SCARZ as a content creator, which was announced on their website.[4]
2023[]
On 1 January, Restia premiered Seyna's cover of Renai Circulation (恋愛サーキュレーション, Love Circulation) by Hanazawa Kana on his YouTube channel.[5]
On 30 December, he premiered Seyna's cover of Kawaikute Gomen (可愛くてごめん, Sorry for Being Cute) by HoneyWorks.[6]
2024[]
On 11 February, Restia premiered Seyna's cover of Hoshikuzu Venus (星屑ビーナス, Stardust Venus) by Aimer on his YouTube channel.[7]
Events[]
- On 13 August 2022, Restia participated in the KINOTROPE CUP along with Annin Miru and Zonda as part of Kyouju to Sono Oshiego (教授とその教え子, The Professor and the Students). They got 17th place overall.[8]
- On 3 December 2022, he participated in the Apex Legends "Disguised Toast's: Hide and Seek Invitational #2" tournament hosted by Disguised Toast alongside Dtto. and Babynikki, substituting for Selen Tatsuki after she only played one game. They would get 7th place on this tournament.
- On 18 October 2024, Restia participated in the SCARZ CUP vol.4 Apex tournament along with Aoi Sakura and Euriece as part of Team Euriece. They got 6th place overall.[9]

- Restia is the cat, so the catgirl holding him is effectively more like his mascot: her full name is Yumeoto Seyna (夢音星奈).

Restia was originally a human. One rainy day, he found and picked up an abandoned, blue-eyed white kitten in a box, who became his pet. He named her Seyna because her eyes looked so much like the color of the stars.
They had a lot of fun times together as owner and pet, but what Restia didn't know was that Seyna wanted to be a human being, so she could stand beside him and help him even more.
On a starry night, Seyna made a wish to a shooting star. The next morning, Restia found that he had turned into a cat! He saw Seyna, who had become a human girl! Seyna was happy, but Restia was troubled: he was a streamer and now he's a cat! So now, Seyna helps him all the time by holding him up or letting him rest on her head for his streaming activities.[3]
