Rindo Chihaya (輪堂千速) is a Japanese-speaking Virtual YouTuber affiliated with hololive DEV_IS, a branch of hololive production. She debuted on 9 November 2024 as part of the unit FLOW GLOW alongside Isaki Riona, Koganei Niko, Mizumiya Su, and Kikirara Vivi.

Background
FLOW GLOW was first teased on 6 November 2024 on hololive's Twitter account featuring ReGLOSS members.[5]
On 7 November, on FLOW GLOW's YouTube channel, a teaser was published presenting its members.[6] Shortly after a teaser video was published in each member's channel.[7] Chihaya also made her first tweet on this date.[8] Her YouTube channel was created on 1 August 2024.
On 8 November, FLOW GLOW released their first original song FG ROADSTER."
Chihaya debuted on 9 November and was the fourth member to debut. She reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during the stream, and released her first solo cover song "Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer" by ONE OK ROCK on the same day.
2024
On 11 November each FLOW GLOW member lost around 60,000 followers in another YouTube subscriber cull.[9]
On 23 November, Chihaya enabled Super Chat feature on her YouTube channel.[10]
On 10 December, she opened her YouTube channel membership feature.[11]
2025
On 5 January, Chihaya reached 200,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a stream of the game Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics with Takane Lui.[12][13]
On 14 March, FLOW GLOW released their second original song "24K GOLD."[14] She also reached 300,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel on the same day.[15]
On 9 July, FLOW GLOW released their third original song "LOAD."
On 29 June, she reached 400,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during an endurance karaoke stream.[16][17]
On 20 September, FLOW GLOW released their fourth original song "good enough."
On 9 November, during FLOW GLOW's first anniversary, they announced their first album "FLOW GLOW" and released their fifth original song "stay by my side." FLOW GLOW also announced that they would get 3D models.[18]
On 23 November, FLOW GLOW debuted their 3D models and their 3D idol group costumes.[19][20] They also released their sixth original song "MAKE IT, BREAK IT."
On 26 December, Chihaya reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during an endurance karaoke stream, making her the 72nd hololive member and the 4th FLOW GLOW member to reach the milestone.[21]
2026
On 2 January, Chihaya debuted her new year 2D costume. Chihaya has a jellyfish hairstyle with a big kanzashi to the side. Chihaya wears a one-sleeved kimono with a checkered pattern, that reveals that she uses a sarashi. She has a dark green, long, pleated skirt that gradients to black and has a red inner, with a long cut on the right side. Chihaya wears black shoes.[22][23]

- On 7 November 2024, hololive announced that a FLOW GLOW-themed pop-up store would open from 13 to 17 November in Harajuku Hakkakukan to commemorate FLOW GLOW's debut.[24][25]
