Rumi (Chinese: 懶貓子 Lǎn māo zi ), is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber active in Taiwan who is associated with EnVision.

She has light blue hair with an ahoge with a yellow tip and animal ears with white tufts and part of her hair ending in a paw shape with light blue eyes.

Debut[]
Rumi began life as a mascot character for esports streamer LanCat (懶貓), based on the concept of his imaginary younger sister. It was later decided for her to debut as a Vtuber. Auditions were held from 29 August 2019 to 16 September 2019.[1]
On 6 August 2021, Rumi officially debuted as a Vtuber.
