rurudo is an independent female Japanese VTuber and illustrator. She is the character designer of hololive member Tokoyami Towa.

Background[]
Prior to becoming a VTuber, she appeared on Houshou Marine's channel multiple times, with either only voice through Discord or with a generic artwork of a lion.
As an artist her Twitter account was created on February 2013, and her YouTube channel for streaming, which would later become her VTuber channel, has a creation date of 22 August 2021. Her first stream took place on 4 days after the channel creation, where she streamed Duolingo.
On 23 April 2022, she debuted her Live2D model which she revealed it as she rigged it herself.

- Before her Live2D debut, she had no intention of becoming a VTuber whatsoever, but she decided to become one after feeling bored from demotivation for her artist activities.
